SERVICE on Furniture under their extended warranty is slow! It has taken a month to get an appointment, after calling & texting their cust. serv. department. Service tech was very nice and made the repairs needed! Thx

My brand new refrigerator stopped working properly on day two. Fridge section froze and ruined all food. Could not get service appointment before vacation. Parts are in but 5 more days without a working fridge.

Walked in and got greeted right away, talked with the lady (sorry but can’t remember her name) and I got my new couch bought and set-up for delivery in only about a half-hour.
