Sad watching a restaurant in decline. Not too long ago, Bonefish was a great venue. Good food. Good atmosphere. But last 2 times we were there, food was...meh. Bang Bang shrimp was awesome, as it always is. Service was good. Food...just ok. Not worth what we paid. And being a Saturday night, lots of available seating. Again, sad watching a great restaurant in decline.

This location is always spot on! Our server Denise was amazing and the food runner was exceptional! They made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Our drinks were never empty and the food was impeccable, as always.

Absolutely love the Bonefish Grill. This was my first time to this location, usually stop at the Polaris location. This was was pretty much set up identical. Went with the 3 coarse meal for $47.9 which is a great deal. Obviously limited selections, but the parm crusted trout is hard to beat, it's delicious. The bread was slightly overbaked this time, but a great dinner out.

NO STARS TO CHEF!! First of all Bonefish grill is a fish restaurant! They should know how to cook fish! On Valentine’s Day, the chef presented my salmon half raw. Then instead of giving me a new salmon he recooks the salmon to where it was so dry. You couldn’t eat it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. Cameron Mitchell restaurants are so much better.

We dined here last night with a large group because most of us were closer. We eat out frequently and never complain. We empathize with service staff and appreciate their hard work. Having said that, we received the worst service ever. Now the sirloin shrimp and appetizers were exceptional. Abigail our waitress was emotionless and not very friendly. She seemed not to receive any training on waiting tables as she never cleared away our plates. The 2 employees that delivered our dinners struggled to pick up our plates and make room. At the end Abigail mixed up our credit cards. We felt sorry for the manager trying to fix her mistake. She didn't really apologize or accept responsibility. We were guessing if she was mentally challenged? She didn't appear so. Based on this experience we recommend you go to the Polaris location. Ask for Jessa or Jennifer, they always take great care of us.

The restaurant was very cold inside. I ordered breakfast tacos that were still cold, as you can see from the unmelted processed cheese. There was very little food on the actual taco. The French toast sticks were also not very good. Plenty of parking and the staff was nice. Just not a pleasant dining experience.

Bone Fish is my favorite date night spot. Fresh fish is so hard to find in Central Ohio. Bone Fish perfectly prepared their fresh catch and offers fabulous sides to accompany each meal.My only complaint is that salads are an upcharge.Please reconsider this policy. A simple salad should be available at your price point.
