Horrible. I feel like me and my daughter were racially profiled from the moment we walked in the door. We were stood by and watched the whole time we were in the store. Other races entered the store and were not stalked like we were. My baby girl was looking for jeans for my birthday trip to Texas. She was finding stuff she liked and she just was stalked and monitored with the items. Oh would you like me to start a room for you. Didn't even know if she wanted to try the stuff on. Yes u can take the shit so u can count it.. I sat on a stool by the register and room and it was over 100 employess in there just watching us. My daughter said she felt so uncomfortable because everybody was just standing there watching. We left without buying the jeans she wanted. Because she was very upset of how we were treated. When we asked for the number for the style of jeans she like i feel like the lady was scanning us like we were going through tsa. I've been shopping at buckle for years and have spent plenty of money on miss me and Rock revial jeans. I will never return to this store again. I will be contacting corporate office as well. All people should be treated the same. We should be able to go in a store and walk around freely. Whats the harassment for? Because we are black?

Was my first time there and I didn’t even plan on spending $500 dollars at this shop but the staff were super friendly and helpful with me and the staff were the best , I’ll definitely come back and I’ll highly recommend this place

I first want to thank Jake for putting those fire outfits in the window! I went to Tuttle to take my 13yr old school shopping. As we walked by the window, the shirts caught his eye and he asked to go inside. Immediately upon entry we were greeted by Jake! He is the most personable person I've ever met in a retail setting. We told him it was our first time in the store and what the goal was. It ended up being a one stop shop for clothes. Jake assembled my son 4-5 outfits and assisted us with various Jean sizes in the fitting room. He even pulled a chair up for me! I wish all experiences in retail were like this. But unfortunately they are not. So I love to let them know where credit is due and not just when something has gone wrong! This is probably going to be one of my son's favorite stores. The quality of the clothes is good . The next time it's time to shop, I know where to go and who to connect with!Way to go Jake! And it was so nice to meet you! Thank you for creating such a great experience for my family.
