  Vehicle was not there when went to pick up and waited more than an hour for one to show up. Agent had no answers as to why or when one would be available. Do not rent from this office.

  AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS I was to pick car up at 3pm showed up at 2:35pm door was locked until 3:05pm manager told he was in the back using the restroom dude u only 5’2 100lbs there’s no way he was just rude for no reason.

  car was dirty when I picked it up. I had to add windshield wiper fluid to it and oil was at 40%. The guy at the desk, Logan, I believe, didn't do a checkout walk around to make sure the car was OK at checkout. Same guy, didn't do a walk around to make sure things were OK at check-in.
