Super clean! Great specials, good value and great customer service. They even let you use their moving truck to move in. What else could you ask for??
Update: If you need a bigger space after renting for 1.5 years. You don’t get the current @
“trap me special” that the new tenants get (who may be good paying tenants OR not). You have to take some exaggerated
$$$$ current market rate even though they know you pay like clockwork, follow the rules and keep a clean unit. I guess I could ask to be rewarded for my loyalty by allowing me the same rates as a newbie. I would still be paying you quite a bit more. Now I have to search for somewhere more reasonable.?
Update: This locations customer service is questionable at times. They recently had help from another location who was stellar! I was dreading stopping into this location however Andy made my day. I wish they had more workers like him.

High Praise for the stellar service provided by Sean Hill, Property Manager at Cardinal Storage, 5050 Riggins Road. He represents the company extremely well. Perhaps it helps that Cardinal is a good storage facility. The security is well-thought out, leaving me with no concerns over the protection of my remotely stored items. The facility is very clean and well maintained.
In spite of my initial impressions, (which were positive), I still had intended to wait for a few more weeks, reviewing multiple facilities and weighing options. It was actually the calm demeanor and professionalism displayed by Sean Hill that resulted in me making a decision on the spot. I had planned to look around, check out other facilities, and take several days to mull over my decision.
Sean’s demeanor left me with a feeling that I was safe in making the choice, immediately. I am quite grateful, because, as it turns out, a lot of anticipated stress didn’t materialize and a lot of time was saved! I was able to move on to far more important matters that require my attention!

Horrible service, horrible rates
If storage isn't paid on 1st, you're locked out. Most storages give u til the 5th. They charge you 2 different amounts of late fees. Our units just went up again. Becareful with the move in free month specials . Make sure you know how high the price will be after that. My son's outside unit is more than my climate control inside unit. Better off buying u a container to store your belongings. Storages are going for prices of rent now.

Cleanest indoor storage facility I've ever seen. Safe and secure. Staff is super friendly. Plus, they have a loaner panel truck available during the first 2 weeks of rental.

This place is very new, so everything is clean. There is a lot of security to keep your possessions safe. Locks, gates, owl decoys to ward away pests, security lights, etc. We got a reduced price for the first three months, which was helpful as we planned and executed a move away from the city. They have multiple size options for storage, and we found that the 15×10 unit was perfect for storing half of our possessions from our 3 bedroom home. When we emptied out our unit last week, we were contacted within a day by the office asking if we needed to end our rental. It was seamless, painless, and gave us so much peace of mind that they helped us do this right. I highly recommend Cardinal Storage.

When my son died last month I had to move out of our apartment and put almost all of my belongings in storage. Danny and I used the facility in Westerville last year before we found an apartment in Dublin.I'm using the Cardinal Storage on Riggins Road in Dublin. They were so kind and understanding what I was going through. The storage unit I have is the perfect fit for what I have. I would recommend Cardinal Storage to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to store their belongings. They really care about the people who are using their storage facilities.

As alway, great service from the front desk, great location, great rates and the first 2 months discount you don't want to miss!! And, it is very new and very sparkling clean!! The storage facilities are so easy to access, and Cardinal Self Storage even provides you with a flatbed cart with which you can transfer items from your car to your storage booth!
