Atm isn't working! Sat there for 17 minutes while the screen kept loading, thought I wasn't going to be able to get my card back. Thanks for the panic attack and not letting me access my own money. I have grown to hate chase Bank recently

I've been a Chase customer for an extended period, drawn in by their reputation for excellence and trustworthiness. Unfortunately, my recent experience involving an international money transfer to Pakistan has severely damaged my faith in their services.I initiated a transfer for $6,000 and diligently complied with all standard protocols. Yet, the money has yet to reach its intended destination, even after several months. Such transactions require faith in one's financial institution—a faith that now appears misplaced.Chase provided me with an MT103 form to monitor this international transaction. To my surprise, essential tracking details were glaringly absent. This is perplexing and concerning, especially for an institution as established as Chase.Regarding customer service, my experience has been far from satisfactory. My attempts to engage them in resolving this issue have been met with unresponsiveness. My emails go unanswered, and it seems like there's no proactive initiative to remedy the situation.Given Chase's standing in the financial sector, one would anticipate that their systems would be foolproof and their response to such issues, prompt. The unexplained loss of $6,000 is not trivial and leaves me questioning the bank's reliability.In both professional and personal aspects of life, we're often met with challenges that test our resolve. Unfortunately, Chase's handling of this situation reveals a failure in both operational efficiency and character.If this lapse represents the bank's standard for managing international transactions and customer interactions, it casts a shadow on their entire operational integrity. I had higher expectations from a bank that purports to prioritize customer well-being.In our increasingly globalized economy, the capability to conduct secure, traceable international transactions is non-negotiable. My experience serves as a warning for anyone contemplating using Chase for similar financial activities.While I am still holding out hope for a just and swift resolution, my confidence in Chase has been significantly eroded. If you're in search of a bank that treats your earnings with the care and attention they merit, you may want to look beyond Chase.Until this issue is resolved, this review remains a public declaration of my unfortunate experience with Chase.

Tried to make a deposit into my business account today, my new ID is in the mail but everything is up to date and legal with my DL and I have the paperwork from the DMV saying it’s up to date and I’m waiting for my new one in the mail. But even the manager wouldn’t allow me to deposit money with my DL, Military ID, Social security card, account number, checks and cash in hand. All staff I interacted with were rude except the one lady that took 5 seconds to grab the manager for me. My personal bank, USAA, would never treat a customer like that,

Kenneth opened a business account for me. He truly went out of his way with the greatest customer service I have ever received while opening a bank account. I even dropped my wallet as I walked out and he secured it then called me ASAP. I can’t imagine myself banking with anyone else from now on.

Avoid if you can. Horrible customer service. Stopped into a nearly empty bank for notary and had to pull teeth to be told that despite there being only one other customer, he was full for the next 3 hours.

Customer service and Supervisor service horrible to my family. We have switched banks as a result and each time we need to enter this building we are spoken to horribly by those behind the counter.Horrid.

Love the workers there. They are super nice and friendly. They greet right as you walk through the doors. They are very respectful. They do things quick and efficient.
