The drive up ATMs never work. Ever. Every other week I go to get cash and think to myself, it’s been two weeks - surely they have fixed BOTH ATMs by now and every time they do not work. It’s been going on for months. This Chase branch is Lucy and I am Charlie Brown kicking the football trying to withdraw cash.So I have to park to go inside and use the ATM. Not the biggest deal in the world but just really inconvenient. Just put up a sign on them saying they’re out of order so you’re not wasting peoples’ time. The whole point of a drive up ATM is to be quick.I give three stars because the people inside are very nice and I don’t think it’s their fault.

This office is somehow less helpful than the call center. I had a fraud issues with unauthorized charges and after months of haggling with them they agreed to send me the "documents that were used to determine your claim would be denied" , stating I signed something giving a business permission to store my bank card information.That document was an itemized list of charges and had absolutely zero signatures or anything of the such. My money was not returned to me. The local branch managed never replied to any of my emails about this either.I cannot wait for Chase to go bankrupt along with J.P. Morgan.

They cashed one of my dad's checks that was stolen, that had no signature/endorsement and said it was his fault. Suffice it to say they didn't replace his stolen funds.

I've had the most disappointing experience. I met with a banker named Ken Farmer to open my accounts. I should've known something wasn't right when it took almost three weeks to get a debit card. Now he won't answer my emails and it is frustrating because when I called the branch, I had the worst luck - he answered the phone and, of course, wouldn't provide any assistance. Find a different branch.

I have been to a chase for many years and have use the notary service because I am a customer but I went to this location was told that I’m not able to use the notary because the person that I am buying a car from is not a chase member and they refuse to do any notary services because of this there is nowhere on the website where it says that note notaries can only be used by both chase members this is horrible the manager is horrible she is going against Chase policies and making up her own rules and his rude and has no customer service whatsoever do not come to this location

No clear directions given until we came closer to the banker twice. The people who came after me got served but I had to explain what I need at least two times. No apologies needed
