On January 30, 2024, I met with Ishawn Yajnik, Private Client Banker, at the Avery Rd location in Dublin. He was such a professional and represents Chase Bank excellently. I took advantage of the 5% interest on their CD, which won't last too long. Highly recommend Ishawn and this Chase location.

Chase Bank lacks customer appreciation for their time. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for 10 minutes and still no one attended to me. Only after leaving, they called to reschedule. Not a welcoming place for customers.

Spoke to Carolyn on the phone about the euros exchange rate. She checked with a manager and told me there were no fees. Well of course when I get to the bank, it is $8 of fees for every $100. So instead of the rate being the rate, $108= 108 in euros, Chase’s rate is $116 = 108 in euros. And the teller tried to claim that the rate could have increased by $8 since my call with Carolyn yesterday. Clearly the tellers don’t use common sense here. Will not return.

Worst customer service. I show up early in the morning, was told we are busy so I made an appointment at 1230 and left. Show up 1210 no customers was there but every one show up without appointment kept seeing bankers and we were still waiting for about 40 minutes total inside the branch. The so called manager approached us pointing his finger in my face and said he wants to explain situation, our appointment is with John and he is finishing up and the other banker has another appointment at 1pm and will not be able to meet our needs or she will be late for her 1 pm !!! First, he did not even ask me what was my needs!!! Second, He ignored our presence in the bank and kept serving people without appointment because I have to wait for John who I did not even choose!! Third, he cared about a costumer that did not even show up but was ok for him to keep us wait all that time!!!! I asked to talk to a supervisor, he said I am the manager!!! There was even no one to complain too!!! If you look different or wear different don't use that branch!!.

Went here to get a medallion stamp, in and out quickly! Was the only bank out of 9 I called, that had a medallion available this month.

I opened a chase business account. A few days later my account was restricted and I couldn't use it. I got a letter that additional information needed to be verified. After I went to the branch, they told me their paperwork had a typo. They reprinted the paperwork and I re-signed. Later that day, I called the compliance office, and they told me that the re-printed paperwork was not correct. This is all Chase generated paperwork, but the branch did not correctly fill it out. So I went back a second time and re-signed. The account restriction was lifted. Then a few days later, I received another letter that I need to go back to the branch to verify information or my account will be restricted again. This is absolute madness.

Don't try to get any mortgage refinance rates or closing cost info from them in a hurry. They will only give rates after you complete an application and wait for your appointment in a couple days. Apparently it takes time to "taylor" this info to every client. Makes me wonder how many options there are?

I have been banking at this branch for 15 years and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy. Although, over the years, people have changed the level of courtesy and professionalism was always held high.

Poor customer service and unprofessional. Went to the lead teller for a withdraw and before I could finish my sentence of explaining that I needed larger bills, she interrupted me and tried to send me to the ATM instead. Talked down to me when the pin pad machine was not working and even walked around to attempt to use the pin pad because she did not believe me. Very bad experience at this location.
