Horrible communication, every time i call i can never get to a service advisors. I always get voicemail 98% of the time and when i leave a voicemail i never get a call back same day or in a timely fashion, even if i called when they first opened. I advise to go to a different dealer to buy or service your vehicle that respects and actually cares for their clients. There is no reason why i have to call multiple times a day at different times and get voicemail for the service department. Maybe CROWN Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Dublin, Ohio is content with their business and don’t care to increase business. Regardless it’s frustrating to call and feel like my business is not worthy of acknowledgement when i call. I have been going here for a while because i bought my vehicle here and the service advisors that sit there that cant answer or call back in a timely manner show how much care they have for us customers. This is highly unacceptable business practices and no excuse. I thought a great dealer like CROWN would have more pride in reputation and care for their customers. Customers who want to make sure their vehicles and concerns are taken care of to have pride not only in CROWN but the vehicle brand as well. I would think management would have more devotion in theirs customers who not only represent the vehicle manufacture brand but the dealership name CROWN. In the end we the customers are the key factor in helping any business thrive with future growth & development.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership, particularly with an actor named Dustin. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely unresponsive, often ignoring my calls. When I finally managed to talk to him about the issues with my car, he informed me that it had numerous faults, leading to a repair bill of $1,500. However, when I picked up my vehicle, he told me he had only repaired the ignition, something I was not made aware of beforehand. Dustin later claimed he had forgotten to inform me about this change in repair work. Despite hearing an audio message I sent, he never followed up with me. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Service here for my Jeep has been nothing short of excellent. I've had a good amount of repairs for my jeep over the years and always come back here due to its excellent customer service. Billy Petikas has helped me everytime I come in and could not recommend him enough. He is very personable and does a great job of explaining and breaking everything down for me with respect to what was done, cost, dealing with extended car warranties, etc. He is very responsive with updates on my Jeep when it is in and shoots you straight about everything. Because of Billy's excellent customer service, I keep going back to Crown of Dublin even after moving to the other side of town. Definitely recommend taking your Jeep in for service especially if you have an extended warranty of any kind.
