We had a wonderful experience at Kia of Dublin. Our salesman, Matt was awesome. He listened to what we wanted, did not push and did not try to sell us any nonsense. He was very transparent with what we were paying for car, our trade, discounts etc. His manager Eli was also super welcoming and made us feel comfortable in our deal. Luke in finance did a great job of explaining the bottom line and didn't push the extras. We were in and out in less than 2 hours with brand new 2025 Telluride. We cannot thank Matt enough for following up the next day and answering any questions we had along wth way. He broke the mold of the traditional pushy, salesman and made the experience perfect! I received great customer service, but when it came to the paperwork, I was told 2.99% APR and asked multiple times if that's what I was getting for a 72-month term. Then came to find out it was for a 2025 vehicle, not a 2026, which I was never told after asking multiple times. I was then told that I was getting two services for my vehicle, but I found out I had already paid for them.

Purchased a Telluride at this dealership. Everyone was great. Luis and Elijah made the process easy. We found the exact vehicle we were looking for and the trade in process was simple. Would happily work with them again in the future and the Telluride seems to be one of the best values on the market.

I was already loyal to the Coughlin Kia service department, so when it was time to purchase a new ride, it was a no brainer to step into their showroom. I was introduced to Caden, he gave me zero pressure and gave me the freedom to test drive until I found my new ride! He was so knowledgeable about Kia and about any other used car I was considering. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase, no matter what it was...i am THRILLED with my Sportage! Thanks Caden!
- p.s. they were doing a Toys for Tots drive too. The whole show room cheered when we dropped off the gifts. How cool is that! I will be loyal to Caughlin for infinity and beyond!

I recently bought a car from Kia Coughlin of Dublin a few weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience, hugely due to Luis Gonzales and Bryan the finance guy.
Luis went above and beyond in order to make sure my needs were met and worked with my schedule to pick up the car. I found that he had great attention to detail to my needs and was very communicative.
Additionally, Bryan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He broke everything down very well, and was very personable. It was my first time buying a car so overall he was very understanding and helpful.
Overall the entire team here seems very dedicated and knowledgeable. I would recommend this for first time car buyers like me.

Matthew Montegomery sold the 2026 Kia Sportage to me and he was great! His knowledge on each vehicle is amazing, he knew exactly what he was doing, and he had a great personality! Bryan Montegomery also helped with some of the paperwork and he is great. Definitely recommend getting with Matthew!

Overall good experience...did not purchase the models were interested as they had been sold the day prior...both my wife and I purchased vehicles on the same day at this dealership...they took the time to so us models, trims, and work through financing. Buying a new car is never fun and is time consuming, but I felt like Caden and everyone tried to help walk away with a new vehicle we wanted not just get the sale. Thank you!

Juwan helped us find our new Sorento and he was excellent! Great customer service, not pushy at all and didn’t rush us into making a decision. When the car we wanted was at another location he got it there quickly so that we could test drive it. Overall great experience and we highly recommend Kia of Dublin!

Mark A. was very helpful with my car search. I came in and test drove a basic Niro. He located the exact vehicle I was looking for and had it brought to Ohio from Indiana. Great customer service from him! If you are looking for a car to purchase, he is the man to see!
