For any normal pickup or situation you’re fine, but if there’s anything “non standard” then be prepared stand and wait in frustration. We were going on a trip so I went to pick up a prescription a few days early but my insurance wouldn’t pay for the refill before the refill date. The pharmacist said they could override that, but this became an exercise in frustration and futility as i watched her struggle with what should be a simple task. CVS really needs to upgrade their process.

I haven't been happy with the service at this location. Nothing ever goes smoothly. Park Mill was better. The entire store at Bridge St looks un-kept and mismanaged. New store and pharmacy management might be in order.

Lack of knowledge about prescription submitted by prescriber. My prescription was submitted by prescriber for 90 days. Pharmacy pulled subscription for 30 days and quoted $249 for an inhaler which was $15 only. I asked them to run it again because records showed that it was $15 in the past. They ran it again for 30 days and asked me to call the insurance company.
When they filled the prescription for $249 for 1 inhaler nobody called me to inform about the price. They waited for me get there for pick up and told me that insurance isn’t covering the new generic prescription. I called the insurance to find out that pharmacy should have pulled medication for 90 days rather than 30 days.
If I didn’t have buffer medication then I would have paid $249. Lack of empathy and knowledge about prescription was surprising to me.

*UPDATE: Changing my previous 1 star review to 3 stars because the pharmacist Lauren is absolutely terrific and truly cares about customers. I’m unsure of which pharmacist I had the displeasure of working with before, but Lauren was a breath of fresh air!
Save your time and choose any other pharmacy. My prescription was sent to this location 5 days ago and still has not been filled. After trying to get a hold of the pharmacy for 15 minutes, just to be able to leave a voice message, they called back to say that they were too busy to fill my prescription today. It’s actually ridiculous. You’ll have to remind them to fill your prescription if it’s on hold for insurance approval, just for them to delay the pick-up date. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

11 people in line at the pharmacy, only one person handling pickups.
High prices on regular stuff.
Extra bucks is a frustrating waste of effort.
B1G1 free but there’s only one on the shelf.

I’ve been using this location for ~7 years now and it’s gone really downhill in the past few. The pharmacists that were really good and helpful have left. The pharmacy repeatedly puts my medications “on hold” and when I call in to find out why they’re on hold, they just say “sorry, we don’t know why it was put on hold, we’ll fill it for you now!” If it was just one or two times I wouldn’t care, that’s just a random mix up, but it happens *extremely often* and is incredibly frustrating. I don’t think it’s too much to ask of a pharmacy to be able to fill my requested medications when they’re requested without me having to call and double check that they’re actually doing it, especially with how frustrating it also is to have to call into the store and go through five automated menus before even being able to get on hold to speak with the pharmacy.

Passport pictures can't be done only digital. They offer it but can't provide. Total scam. Digital is only 16.99 but they wanna charge you over 35 after tax. Place is to scam you out of money!
