What a horrible experience! If you see this lady behind the counter run!!! She is an absolute idiot. This location can't even schedule to open on time. They have also lost 3 of my orders in the past 2 months. They claim they never received it but I think it's Ruchita worst pharmacy manager ever!

We recently switched to this CVS pharmacy when our insurance stopped covering Kroger. This was a terrible mistake on our part. We have frequently shown up at times that they say they are open to find they are closed. We have also called to fill prescriptions and show up to pick them up only to be told they aren’t ready or that the doctor did not send them in (despite the fact that we can see that the physician did in fact send it over). We plan to switch all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy as this one is too unreliable

New to this area and this by far is the best cvs pharmacy employees I've came across in any cvs I've visited. Always very friendly both on phone and in person.

We had to go get passport pictures for me my husband and my 5 year old who has autism. It took 30 seconds for me and my husband to get a photo taken. For my son it took about maybe 5 minutes as it took 3 tries to finally get a picture with his mouth closed. As the clerk was finishing up our pics the store manager came to the clerk and told the clerk to only take max 10 minutes taking photos otherwise they can go home and try sing them at home. Mind you were finished. After a few minutes my husband approached him and told his my son has Autism and it’s not that my son is being difficult. And he stated those are the rules that we have to follow. So if it’s 10 minutes each per customer then that would be 30 minutes total for our family and we only took about 10 minutes max. He then tired to say it’s actually 5 minutes for each customer. We told him we would be contacted corporate but he was not apologetic at all and continued to stand his ground.

We pulled in at 7:45pm and it was closed!! It saws online that CVS IS OPEN until 9:00 pm but tonight it was shut down by 7:45. Not sure why?!?

Horrible service. I called and spoke with the pharmacy to deliver me a medication and they said it’s all good and should arrive in 1-2 days.. one week later, the medication is still at the pharmacy and I had to go and pick it up.. the staff had no explanation on why they didn’t deliver/ follow up with me if there was an issue.. will change pharmacy for sure

This place has different people in pharmacy telling people different things. I thought my rx was being delivered this morning to my hotel. I received a text saying it was on the way. Well it never game. Calling again, was told it's on its way. It never came. Called again after 2 hours and they told me that they sent it through USPS and it will be "delivered" in a few days. What? They said I should have known this. NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience ever!!! I bought one item in this store at the self check out machine since too many people were waiting to be checked out. The self check out machine was printing a receipt with nothing on it. So that I have to ask the employee to print me a receipt. And I told him that I need the receipt if I decide to return and get a refund of this item. But he told me if I need a refund I can just bring my ID and this item. And the next day I went to the store again to return this item where I was told by another employee that they can’t get me a refund without the receipt and they can only issue a store credit. What a misleading and unprofessional employee!!! I had to call their customer service and was told that I have to wait 48 hours in order to get a receipt and was told to call tomorrow again. They are just wasting my time and energy. And they are supposed to provide their customer with a receipt at the first place. Can’t believe they treat their customer like that!!!

I need passport photos printed. Went to Walmart a photo center nearby and received no help. Kiosk there doesn’t have passport photo option so I went to this CVS. Their kiosk is easy to spot on, and easy to operate. Get my passport photo printed and cropped. Employee is friendly and ready to offer assistance if I need it. Would definitely recommend you come here if you need passport photo done. They can help you take passport photo too without appointment required.
