Expect to spend money $$$. But you’ll almost always find what you need for sports goods. Store is pretty clean and organized. Staff is kind and helpful.

I took my son's baseball glove in to have the lacing repaired. I dropped it off to Nathan, a very professinal customer service representative. The folowing day I received a call from Brandon about the glove and was told I would be able to pick it up today. Wow! What a quick turnaround and the lacing job is great!! Thanks for your assistance!!

The staff are frustrated and unhelpful. Maybe because the place is understaffed or maybe bad morale. I don’t know but I will not go there again.

Returned shoes, which went fine. Went to the shoe department to pick out new shoes. It was crowded. The woman working seemed annoyed. She saw everyone waiting, and even though she was ordering stuff online for a younger family, who could have ordered online themselves knowing how busy it was, she didn't acknowledge anyone waiting.
There were employees right across the aisle folding sweatshirts and another employees just wandering aimlessly. Why a manager couldn't temporarily reassign them to assist in a busy department is frustrating.
We left the 3 pairs of shoes we wanted and left after 30 minutes of waiting with no acknowlement. We will go somewhere else.

Store has a lot of good stuff, just nothing any bigger than 3xl, and I searched hi and low! If you don't need a size that big, then they will probably have what you're looking for!!

We wanted a women’s bike that was comfortable and good for exercise. Nick was awesome. He explained some options, why one was better for certain terrains and how the gears and brakes made a difference. We decided on the Anasazi Hybrid.

Customer service non-existent but many visible workers. At checkout server was in a big hurry. Rolled up expensive jersey in a ball, stuffed it in a bag and ran off 😨🤦♀️
