An in-mall dipping dots, quick service and good ice cream! The staff is respectful and kind. I think this is the only in-mall location in Columbus, OH.

Overcharged me by a dollar and there was a thin line of red that looked like blood in my chocolate ice cream. So I didn't even finish it. A small price to pay for deadly contamination.

Overall, Dippin' Dots are my favorite ice cream ever! I havent had the chance to visit this location yet but lookin forward to the treat. However, I must say, I'm a bit nervous after reading the rewiews! If I drove the distance to only find a sign on the counter, I would be BEYOND P*SSED!! Hopefully the owner found a better choice of employees.
