I needed a full set of new tires and didn’t know much going in. The staff walked me through everything, explained multiple price options, and laid out the pros and cons of each without any pressure. They made the process easy, which I really appreciated.
While waiting, I noticed how kind and professional everyone was with each customer. I was recommended this location by a friend, and now I see why.
A special thanks to Joseph and a gentleman whose name started with a K—they both made the experience amazing. I scheduled online, and they had all four tires swapped in just 40 minutes.
This will now be my go-to location for anything tire-related. Well done Discount Tire!!

I had a wonderful experience at this shop. Brought my car in to get new tires after I blew one. Joseph installed the new tires for me! He is extremely friendly and transparent with what he’s working on and keeps you updated at all times! The front desk lady and another coworker of hers were very friendly helpful as well!

Joseph is amazing! Saw a nail in my tire when filling up at a gas station, was driving by discount tire and pulled in to see if someone could just take a look. In less than a minute, Joseph came out to take a look, pulled the car in and had someone start working on it immediately to make sure the car was safe to go back on the road. So appreciative of everyone’s hard work!

I've tried a few places for "used tires" before, and it's been hit or miss, so I decided to make a change. A friend suggested this place and I'm so happy I listened. Kendre was amazing to work with - he was professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He made sure I was all set to hit the road safely. Even though I wasn't planning on spending as much as I did, he worked with me to get a great deal. I'm truly grateful for Kendre and his team. This is my official tire spot :)

Horrible service Any and every time you go to a discount tire but especially this one except Joseph very kind 12000/10
It’s been 20+ minutes (low estimate) waiting for an air check for crap tires from them!! With 2 cars in front of me, 2 behind and and more than one person has left while waiting in line!!
It’s not even 3 in the afternoon on a weekday. If this is the service they give now I can only imagine what it’s like at other points of the day. Deplorable.
I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the fact that tires came from here and they’re on warranty.
If I knew how God awful terrible Discount tires is I would’ve never bought tires from here in the first place. Buyer beware.

I wanted to thank Bill for helping me install my TPMS for my tires. He went above and beyond. He made sure to correct an error that occurred. He made sure I didn't have to pay extra for the services.

I came in on a busy afternoon with a tire that was slowly leaking. Unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired. Joseph was professional and worked with me to come up with a short term fix until I could replace all of my tires. He was fair and trustworthy. And I saw him interact with other customers and treat them the same way. Discount Tire has earned my business because of Joseph.

Best place EVER to get tires! These guys don't BS you and they're very up front with what you need and don't need. Great prices on tires - they'll show you several options in different price ranges. Been going here for years - and I always get the tire certificates. They've more than paid for themselves.

This location has patched two tires for two cars free of charge. Joe was the point of contact, great customer service & fast. I'll definitely be shopping here for new tires in the future.

I had a slow leak in a tire that I previously bought at discount tire. I scheduled an appointment and went in to have it repaired. 1.5hrs later I got my car back with the tire "fixed" with a new valve stem. A few days later the tire was low again. I scheduled another appointment, waited another 1.5hrs, and got another valve stem. I was skeptical and asked about this before leaving but ultimately left thinking maybe it was fixed this time. Nope. The third time I took the wheel off and brought it in so I didn't have to wait (except in the incredibly slow line to talk to someone). This time they told me I needed a new wheel. They remounted the tire twice on this visit and it still leaked. There was probably corrosion on the inside preventing the bead from seating. The wheel seemed fine to me with no serious exterior damage or corrosion. So I took it to a different location (4th visit). They fixed it and it hasn't leak since. This was my first terrible experience at discount tire. I don't think I've used anybody else. Generally I've had an ok or good experience but this was a huge waste of my time. It seems like they need to hire more people. The lines always take forever. The appointments seem pointless if the goal is to save time. At the very least I'd recommend going to a different location if you have a leak.

ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE PAYING OR ASKING THEM TO REPAIR ANYTHING!!
They try to fraud people. I went there for an issue with one of my tire air pressure a couple of weeks back and they said there was no issue and the tire is perfect. But my tire was still losing air every few days. When I went again today to ask about it, they said they will check. And they said that there is a nail in the tire which is causing the issue. So if there was a nail why didn't they find it before???
Also they said that my tire needs to be replaced as it cannot be repaired and said it would be around $240 for a new tire.
So I went to a second shop for a opinion and they said they the people here lied to me and the tire can totally be fixed and I got it fixed up.
Never visiting here again...
