As soon as Dusty heard a request for help over the intercom, he went out of his way to stop what he was working on, in order to provide multiple solutions for the metal spacer that I was looking for. When we couldn’t find the exact fit, he offered to take a larger one and cut it to size. Dusty genuinely cared about me and my needs, and was determined to help me find a solution.
I will definitely be returning to this store. I’ve never had a less than amazing experience because of all the employees’ expert knowledge and authentic desire to support their customers and their customers’ projects.

Dusty helped me for over 1/2 hr. to achieve my project. Several times I was willing to throw in the towel. He kept encouraging me to continue. He did above and beyond the task to see that I was happy and completed the project and happy.
I will be back.

Make sure you don't order anything Stihl through E&H Hardware. Terrible in-person customer experience when I stopped in to see if they had one in stock. I ordered a saw on 7/2, then got the run-around for 9 days while they blamed Stihl for being hard to deal with. Turns out they didn't even put an order in with the distributor for my saw until 7/11.

Stopped in to browse a little in between appointments. The staff was very nice and helpful. The store has a little shop inside with great gift ideas that are not too expensive. If you have some time to kill, stop in and say hi.

I reckon you have every right to demand that folks leave their backpacks at the front of your store because of a theft concern. I’ll leave this review and not shop there. There are things in my backpack that I am not comfortable with trusting to someone else’s care. I wonder if people who are carrying large purses are also asked to do the same?

Had to give clerk my backpack and personal belongings before entering the store. My wife's giant purse was ok, but my bag was considered unsafe. I don't quite understand why ACE is the only store with these safety concerns.

Every shopping experience has been fantastic . From matching paint colors to a recent mower purchase . I’d like to especially single out Scott for helping me recently on a repair . This E&H Ace Hardware will always be my only store for all my hardware needs . They even were able to match hard to find hinges when I painted cabinets .

EveN the craft soda is BaD. !!!
The products I bought didn’t work the greatest. However they did do what I wanted. So for that I am happy. I’m upset that they closed at 7 pm on a Saturday. I think they should be open till 8pm.
Maybe close at 7pm on Sunday. I understand closing early on Sunday.
I needed One thing . I can only get at ace and they were closed.
