Awful. Even if you fly into state can't get a rental without a license in the same state you're renting from? Who has that? Jake was not helpful in anyway and when trying to get assistance he was unwilling to help at all. Rather than call within the 2 weeks it was reserved he waited till the day before it got picked up to tell me this information when theyve had my DL on file since reserving. Also didnt call till 4pm after everything was closed, giving me no time to sort out other options. Nothing on the website mentions this. 0/10. Be better.

The car itself was great. I didn't want to give it back. I had a 2024 Hyundai Kona with only 8000 miles. It was effortless getting and returning the car to the shop where mine was being worked on. The only gripe I have is that I closed my account that the deposit was put on and call 2 times to ensure the refund was put onto a different card. In fact one representative told me to go to any Enterprise location and authorize my new card so it could accept the refund. I did this and explained again to the rep why I was doing it. They still put the refund onto my closed account. The manager stated that she didn't see any notes about it. So 2 customer service agents took my call and didn't enter any notes? I used to working telephone customer service industry as a rep and floor supervisor and quality assurance and if a rep didn't notate the call that was a very bad offense so I doubt that's true. I am expecting that they will resolve the problem otherwise I will be contacting the corporate office for them to issue my refund to the correct account.

I reached out via email to the responder below (owner) and never got a reply so I won't rent from here again.

I regularly rent cars from here for work and also did a long term rental when our car was in an accident. The staff always does a great job. I've had a few random issues with vehicles over the years and they were quickly rectified.

I rent a lot of cars from Enterprise and have done so over the past several years. Almost all of them have been business rentals. The staff at the Perimeter Loop Location in Dublin, OH have always been courteous and always willing to help.

Such a great place if you are looking to rent a car. The staff was great, Lee was an amazing help. I’d definitely recommend this enterprise to anyone.

We rented a van for a 600 mile road trip and were delighted when we were offered a hybrid Chrysler Pacifica at no additional cost. It was quiet, smooth and loaded with great features! We will rent from this location again!

I reserved an eight-seater SUV at the Hilliard location and they told me the morning of my trip that they didn't have one and didn't want to help any further. After hours of calling around, I called reservations back and they booked one for me at this Dublin perimeter loop location. Jake called me and informed me again that they don't have that vehicle at their location ( apparently reservations don't know which locations have what). Jake was so kind he told me to give him some time and he would have one for me that afternoon. At this point I didn't expect much and I thought I'd have to delay my vacation until I find one at the airport, but I am happy to report Jake had a Ford Expedition ready for me that afternoon, that fitted my whole family and luggage. Thank you Jake for all that you did for us, you're appreciated!

Worked with Lee and Lucio. Both were very friendly and professional. We had issues with another location getting us a car and when we called them they were able to get us set up right away. Glad to see customer service still matters to some. We will definitely use them again!

I specifically rented a Nissan Rogue, however they did not have 1 available so they gave me a Ford escape. It was clean and drove great.

The team here is wonderful and they do all they can to take care of their clients. Jake Brock was exceptional and always was a joy to talk to. I will return next time I am in need of a rental vehicle.

Enterprise Dublin branch on perimeter road is the best. Customer service is always 5 stars. The branch manager Lucio and everyone else Jake and other guys are awesome. They go above and beyond to help us every time. I rent from here almost every month. I plan to continue rent cars from here.

We had a rental for 23 days while our suburban was being repaired. From the time I made my first call to picking my vehicle up it was a great experience. Great staff that explained all I needed. Thank you!

I rented a car at Enterprise in Dublin Ohio Parameter Loop Road, around December 18th. There was already issues from the start. First, for some reason, because I had an out of state license, my father had to use his credit card for the up front deposit. But they still ran my card at the beginning so they could have it on file.I extended my rental about three times. Every time I extended my rental, I was charged for that extension right away. I know because I was checking my bank account before and after, making sure I had enough funds.I return the car on December 28th and everything seems fine, but randomly two weeks after dropping the car off, I get charged $1033.10 on January 10th. No warning, no explanation. I look through my bank account and see all the original charges that were made after each extension of the rental, and those charges were gone, nothing was there.Two weeks later I get charged the total lump sum and I go -$601 in my checking reserve. Why would you initially charge my account showing charges, then those disappear and two weeks later I get charged the lump sum when I didn't have $1033.10 in my checking account. You can't expect people who budgeted to rent a car over holiday break to have those same funds in their bank two weeks after the holidays. I lost a lot of money and now I'm struggling this month to pay my billsI would like for Enterprise to issue a refund, even if its a partial refund as its unfair to have that amount taken out with no notice especially when it occurred two weeks after I dropped the rental car off. You can't expect people to have over $1000 in their account randomly. I had the money in my account during the holidays, I didn't have that money after the holidays. I rented the car during the holiday, not after, so I should have been charged during the holiday, not after.

Rented a car, someone side swiped me while renting. Completely chaotic situation with these inexpensive so called managers. Stole 500$ out of my account! Not an everyday occurrence as far as the accident but they were completely unprofessional and it’s just getting started! Wish me luck
