No matter how bad these soulless ghouls are, there’s solace that they’ll burn in the afterlife

They call the wrong number on a daily basis with no way to speak with a person to update the wrong information that they have in their system.

This company is laden with incompetency and ignorance. What you are told on the phone is nearly always inaccurate, and the website and app don't reflect up to date information. If I could give negative stars, I would. Instead, I'm hiring an attorney.

I just spent a half hour talking to a robot. No matter how many times I asked, it wouldn’t give me a human. It couldn’t understand anything I said and pauses for several seconds after I said anything. Absolutely excruciating.

Just got the ' you must have had a family member use your card and you didn't know about it excuse given to me from the customer service rep'...... apparently they just swipe your card on the next day of business after they swiped it the day before when you placed your med. Refill to make sure it went through!!! Yep got double dinged and called about it and got an hour of it was my fault and we only charge when the meds reach your address. Well I called liar and was left with a zero balance on my HSA card and they say they haven't done any swiping, well the pencil didn't write the bad word either....... well anyways--- this is my 3rd time and shame on me......horrible dealings with this place but their so big...but I'm done with them. Not swiping me again

If I could give this company a zero I would.
Customer service is notoriously lazy.
Called 15 October 2024 spoke with Letia who tried to act so intelligently and questioning anything I said. Yet the preauthorization she was supposed to send to my physician didn't occur...
Called this morning and the first rep I couldn't understand anything they were saying.
Hung up. Called back got Neomari (may not be spelling it correct) she sounded like she was sleep. I constantly had to repeat information to her. Then she tells me I have to go to the website and input the key code to complete my preauthrization for my physician.
What does the patient has to do with completing work for Express Scripts??
Horrible

Don't bother, I was charged 30 dollars more than if I just went to thepharmacy, this was supposed to be the same price, not more expensive. Ridiculous! 36$ for something that normally cast me 8. And even if you do the 90 day supply, it's still 2x the cost it should be. Never again. Scammers.

Forced to use the po-dunk company. They have zero interest on taking care of veterans. Zero communication. Takes me months to get refills. Worst company I've ever had to deal with

The most poorly run pharmacy I've ever encountered, and I say that as both a medical professional and a customer. Their algorithm is designed to automatically order and charge you for medications you don't need yet. When you call to speak to a tech they don't bother to verify the current dosage of a medication before working on your order, resulting in them shipping and charging you for an outdated dosage. If they are out of stock of your medication they will simply cancel your prescription instead of keeping it in file for when they get the medication back in stock, requiring you to call them when you think they might have it and then requesting your provider send a while new script, all the while hoping that they haven't gone out of stock again in the time it takes to complete that process.
Anyone who isn't coerced or blatantly forced to use this pharmacy by their insurance provider would quickly jump ship. They know you are stuck with them and, therefore, make no effort to improve customer service. I would give them no stars if possible.

Worst pharmacy ever. The name is a joke, there's nothing "Express" about them at all . It takes anywhere from 9-21 days to get prescriptions. And they use DHL to deliver, which is the slowest mail delivery service ever. Go elsewhere as often as you can.
