An awful bank. Do not bank here. I have had customer data stolen (internally) and fraud committed because of it. Their employees are apathetic and not even aware of simple terms like “payoff amounts” - Avoid using 53!!!

5/3 is a good bank. This location is awful. The teller is always so rude. He was so rude I had to drive 15 mins to a different location. If I could I wouldn’t go visit this 5/3. The staff at all the other locations are always nice and super attentive.

Usually it's good but you see a lot of new employees. It was closed the day after Christmas which was disappointing.

I recently had issues with the 5/3 credit card customer service. I could not understand the person and the issue had not been corrected 1 1/2 months later. In frustration, while still "steaming", I called the 5/3 banking office on Avery/Muirfield Drive, Dublin, Ohio directly. A staff member from this office, Ms. Courtney Kitchen, was outstanding and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. She also followed up with a phone call several days later (which was totally unexpected). Exceptional individual, a real keeper!!

Good bank and service in general but very high turnover rate. Once I get used to a banker he or she is not there the next time.

The teller is always rude never a smile on her face. You would think after me returning to the bank for the same problem twice in six months she would have found a way to fix it! But no just rude and follows same procedure.

This is my first time writing a review for anything on google but this Branch at Perimeter Drive in Dublin OH was terrible. We have loved banking with them and usually go to then Dublin-Granview Road branch and they are so wonderful and helpful!

Wow! What a terribly run business. I was just trying call them and get a person on the line so I could ask about opening 2 new accounts for my children. The automated phone system didn't work properly. When I pressed the number to speak to a live person, it kept repeating the hours. I finally pressed the number to report a lost card and was transferred to a call center where John answered. He had no interest in helping me so I asked for a supervisor, to which he responded "I need your account number or social security number." I said "no" and he transferred me to Pam, agent 985060. She was not very helpful until I asked for her name and told her I was going to post this on the internet. Then her attitude changed dramatically, although she said the branch is too busy so I'll have to call back later in the week. I suggested we conference in the branch, but she couldn't. Then she offered to call them herself for me. She did, called me back and said she couldn't get thru either so "they must be too busy." All I wanted to do was find out what I need to do so both of my kids could become customers. Glad I learned about how they operate BEFORE we opened the accounts.
