I had a pair of jordan 12s reserved for a raffle win I won’t from this store. I drove about 30 minutes to come and get the pair of Jordan’s that I won for the raffle just for them to tell me that it was sold to someone else. I arrived at the mall around 1PM before the 5PM cut off time to come and pick up your raffle win. Luckily the finishline on the lower level had the shoe that I wanted. This store almost wasted a 30 minute drive I took for a pair that was mine!

Worst shoe store and WORST customer service ever! I spoke with the assistant manager Logan, who told me I was calling in tight and need to chill out-- after I received the WRONG shoe size 3 different times. Correct box, correct tag, wrong size. They blame it on being human and making mistakes. He said he's been the assistant manager about a month now, wrong hire or promotion foot locker- do better!

If I could rates them -5 I wouldWe were there for almost 15-20 minutes and no one even asked us if we needed or looking for something at all all they were doing is jumping inside the shop and talking loudly and laughing at nothing but they weren’t doing the best for the business sadly i have to say this but hopefully the owners read this review so he can know about his business behind him /herThis was New Year’s Eve on Sunday around 1-3 pm

This is the absolute WORST shoe store in Ohio! They would not accept a return because they said the shoes were worn. My sons feet are too wide for the shoes and they were never worn. Struggled to get on once and that was it. I hope this place is the next to close in Tuttle Mall. I will absolutely not bring my family back ever again. Photos to show the shoe

Paid $140 for these shoes for basketball. Wore one time inside in the gym for practice and the sole is separating. Took the shoe back for an exchange on a defective product and was told they will not exchange it and the only option is to deal with the manufacturer directly. Meanwhile, they keep the profit and won’t stand behind their product and I am out $140. We will never shop Foot Locker again.

Never open even INSIDE the mall

Showed up at 11am on a friday to buy shoes. Place is locked with no one inside. Website, phone number, google say Friday open time is 10am. Must have better things to do than open the store.

just arrived to return shoes and there’s people inside with the gate closed. the website says open until 9 and i just drive 30 minutes for absolutely no reason
