The Framing Center in Dublin was excellent! My family and I had returned from India with a handmade tapestry, but were unsure how to frame it. Heather, the main person that helped us, had an artistic mind and a vision.She hand sewed pieces of the tapestry to the backing to make sure it was straight (since it was handmade, it was a little off). She also cut off tassels at the top and hand sewed them onto the sides, so that the larger framed piece would fit our space .She also helped me in selecting the perfect frame for our room. Everyone who has seen this piece has been amazed. It was very high-quality.Yes, I think it was probably a little more $ than what you would get at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby, however, for the artistic vision, and the quality of service, and the attention to detail, you are getting an excellent value. It is totally worth the money for pieces of value!We have another large tapestry from India that is handmade and we plan to take it here also!

Heather and Ben worked to get collages put together in a very short time frame. This included having a special plaque included on each. They did a great job... could not have been more pleased.

Outstanding quality work. I got great help picking the mat and frame that set my item off. The staff is friendly and takes time to help. The different types of frames and materials are endless. The price was on the high end of my budget but it was worth every penny. I could have never gotten this done online. Very pleased.

Such a positive experience. The woman who helped me, I wish I had asked her name, has amazing customer service. She said she had worked there 12 years, and had good artistic insight. I was framing something important to me, but not expensive. She valued it anyway - and that was a very different experience than the last time I got a personal item framed at another store. Thank you! I will be back!

Was a new experience for me to have a custom built frame for a canvas style poster I purchased a while back. The employees who helped me were professional and friendly the whole way. Was given many options and everything was explained to help me make my best choice. They took really amazing care of everything for me and the outcome was bad@ss?
