I recently came across a refurbished Wii game console and decided to stop into the Game Stop on Sawmill Rd where I met Jade. She was phenomenal. In this day and age of younger people not giving a damn about a job let alone customer service, she was a breath of fresh air. Very engaging, willing to help, willing to go out of her way to find Game Stop locations that have Wii items she was out of. I commend her and hope you share this with her and give her the recognition she deserves. She’s definitely an asset to your company and the reason I’ll be back!!Ricky

I received a used PlayStation VR2 when I ordered from the website. The package was damaged, and it literally had the prior person's earwax in the earbuds.Jayde was immediately understanding, and helped me process the refund. I was anticipating difficulties due to the absolute mess that the phone support was, but I left the store relieved thanks to Jayde.

Was really Excited to pick up the new Mario game after work. Made sure to hit this store since it was close to home, unfortunately the store is closed from 5:30/6:30? What a bummer. I understand under staffing and needing to keep the store organized but shouldn’t that be done before or after business hours? I want the game but I’m not gonna wait outside in the rain for hour. Silly things like this are why I would rather just buy games online. I wanted to purchase a new controller, and copy of the game from you this store but at this point it would just be easier to get it online.

When we got to the store, we were greeted by Jayde even though she was also in the store phone. She simultaneously helping someone on the phone, while also helping a customer in the store. Once off the phone, she helped us find the product we needed, and worked though a computer issue while redeeming our Pro points. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. If this GameStop was closer to our home, we would shop here exclusively for all of our gaming needs. Thank you Jayde!

The past few times I've gone in it's been a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff, a good selection of games in the store, easy to load up on games with the pro membership. Highly recommended.

Went in to purchase a switch pro controller and as soon as I give him my phone number I am told that my pro membership is expired and that he is going to ring me up to renew it without even asking. After I say that I am not interested in renewing it right now, he continues to push on how it's saved me so much money of the last year and that I need to renew. I once again say no and he finally just says fine. He then tells me that my total is $91. Confused, I ask how it is that much since a pro controller is only $69 before tax. He then says that the controller is $69 and the warranty is $15. This was very frustrating as it's one thing to be overly push about renewing a membership as that is something that GameStop is pretty notorious for but to just straight up ring me up for a warranty I did not ask for is entirely a scam. While I know better as I know exactly how much the controller should cost, anyone who does not know any better could easily be charged for things they did not ask for without even knowing until it's too late as GameStop will not refund warranty's. I have been continually disappointed by the lack of variety in consoles that GameStop offers nowadays and the constant nagging about there subpar rewards program to the point that I only go to GameStop if it is just the closest place to where I am but after this experience I will absolutely not be going back.

If you need to go to Gamestop, this is the best one because of Devon, he is AMAZING!!! I took my son in on his birthday and the way he treated both of us, but especially my son was awesome! One of the most kind hearted, genuinely nice people I've had the good fortune to meet! My son couldn't stop talking about him and how great he was! . If he's working, you won't regret it!
