Seriously, you have to have one of their cards to make a purchase. Their senior management don’t know what they’re doing. It’s a pretty store, but checkout is a real pain. I won’t be back just because of the inconvenience.

I went to the Giant Eagle pharmacy to pick up a prescription. As always, the service was prompt and the pharmacy technician was friendly and efficient.
