Went in today for a gift for my father’s birthday. He wanted specific wedges and it said online it had them. Went in just after opening. I sat there staring at the brand for a while and the guy working there was cleaning up before the day got started and wouldn’t even look my way, much less ask if he can help in any way. I finally walk over as I can’t find what I am looking for and the guy couldn’t be more annoyed I stopped him from moving golf clubs. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he took me to the section and picked out the clubs that didn’t match what I was looking for. I was in-line when I realized that was not what I asked for (clearly not a golf-pro over here). So I put them back and go up to ask some questions and get a sizable gift card. No one there. I finally just left and called the Easton store which was so much more helpful. They explained what I was looking for was only in a set, but they would gladly make an appointment and fit him. I spent 30 minutes in the store, …where they work in commission, and was able to get more information in one 3-minute phone call to a different location. Make the drive to Easton.

Just my clubs back from a regripping and this by far was the worst job I’ve ever seen in my 30+ years of playing golf and getting grips redone. Guy had no idea when they were finished, so had no idea if I could Swing them or not. When pulling them out of the bag they were leaking fluid and spilling all over the place. On the grips, my hands, clothes, car, etc. looking down at each club about 1/4 of the grips were on properly and square. I will nEVER take them here again. Avoid at all costs if you care about performance and quality.

I just left the store was looking to buy clubs, bag,gps etc. I just had all my gilf stuff stolen. Was in store half hour or so looking around. But because I don't look like the clean cut golfer not one person ask if they could help. Just to let you know you probably lost a sale from 2 to 3 thousand. Thanks for saving me money

Literally standing in the store now. Just asked for one grip to be put on, the guy back there was super rude and didn’t give a crap about anything. He acted annoyed I was there. The guys in the front weren’t much better. This is second time I was super disappointed with this store. Will go to Ducks for now on to get anything done.

Pretty nice store with large selection. Not giving 5 stars because the employees were just chatting away with each other, while my family and I were trying to get their attention to ask for assistance in choosing golf club sets.

Walked into golf galaxy not knowing what type of help I would get with a putter. Spent 45 minutes with Jordan finding me the right putter. I didn’t think getting fit for a putter would have that much difference compared to my old putter and I would highly recommend Jordan. 10 Stars!
