Don’t make the mistake of arriving within 30 minutes of closing - the staff will shout at you repeatedly. Aggressive and rude shouting for 30 minutes that they are about to close.

This Goodwill has crept up prices like most Goodwills. There are quality items to be found as this location is close to well off neighborhoods.

As I was dropping stuff off to donate I saw some containers somebody else had already donated in the bins. I asked how much they were going to resell them because I wanted to purchase them & I was told exactly how much they would be priced as, each btw, and I accepted. I was then told to wait inside while they get them ready. So I waited inside as instructed only to be told then after that the manger is now refusing to sell them to me and will be selling them online instead. . .The manger didn't seem to think it was important enough to speak to me themselves, even though they are the ones who decided to price gouge me. VERY coerced, especially after it was already decided I was going to be purchasing them when it was previously discussed with another one of goodwill employees.

The prices at Goodwill have become very expensive. Jeans are now $9.99. I don't buy any clothes here anymore because of the prices. Check the other thrift stores and you will find prices are half of what Goodwill charges.

Stopped by many times to drop off several large boxes. Workers looked like they were homeless and complained that items were not placed where they wanted them. I am used to friendly people greeting you and unloading items from your car.

I used to love this Goodwill and I’m not sure what happened, but it has really gone downhill.
Everything use to be organized and separated by size but now you have to dig to find sizes.
My last visit the cashier asked me if I wanted to round up and I said no, and she did it anyways.
She said “oh I accidentally put it in anyways”.

Avoid this store at all costs. Not enough employees, long lines, rude people (other customers) cutting lines and no clear direction on where lines actually start. If you’re in a proper line already, or what you think to be a proper line, be prepared to be cut off by someone who just joined and doesn’t care to follow any etiquette. Not just this goodwill but all goodwills are like this now. I hate it. Fix it before it becomes an even bigger issue for idiots who don’t know how lines work or care to be kind/courteous.
Worst establishment with very little selection and all around depressing energy. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here today. Left depressed and pissed.

Stop there many times since I live close by used to be able to find some stuff but that hasn’t been the case. Many times I drove by their donation area in the back and find their employees going through their donation bins.. pretty sure they’re getting all the good stuff to resell. waste of time going there!

A lot of great finds here. Just have to dig. Place is well organized and clean. Prices are goodwill prices and with color of the week specials. Wouldn’t mind making a pit stop here in the future.

Place is a mess. Shelves are not organized. Trolleys with items on them blocking some of the shelves. Also the AC vent was leaking water and there was a plastic storage tub that was to the side so it wasn’t collecting water and there was a soaking wet towel on the floor that I had to step over to get to where I was going. They need to step up their game!
