I used to like this location since they have a large book aisle, lots of furniture and a good amount of other items. However, I haven't been here in about a year and when I stopped in today it was awful. The whole store is overrun with items that are just shoved on top of each other with no concern for viewing or safety. Pulling one item could EASILY pull down several items if not start an avalanche of things. Most items were damaged due to the way they were set out, especially the dishes, glassware and ceramics. I also was appalled at the prices of every day items, not just vintage ones. I saw several resellers while browsing so I guess that's why but it's clearly not helping them move regular merchandise since it's all adding up on the shelves. While I love thrifting and a good Goodwill trip, this location has really been let go.

Very unkempt. They prices are soooo high that the merchandise is haphazardly stacked, thus making it difficult to shop. I used to make a special trip because it used to be an awesome place...NOT anymore.

Beware if you shop later in the evening.....it seems even the employees are donated. I've gone in twice after 5 pm in the last year ( I used to enjoy going to goodwill but I find myself shopping elsewhere) and both times the employees are rude or creepy. PATRICK is the worst!!

I bent down to pick some trash off the floor and the workers came flying out the back room with new bins and the lady ran right into me. She didn't apologize or anything she started yelling at me

prices are super low compared to other goodwills and it's ALWAYS stocked full of items and resellers! you definitely gotta nudge your way to the fresh carts because they grab all the good stuff. not sure who prices the items but they give alway ALOT of good items. example, seems like all shoes are set price but other goodwills mark up name brand shoes. I'm not sure why this location has a ton of inventory compared to canal Winchester or brice road. maybe they should have workers watch Dad planet you tube videos and see what he makes off of this goodwill.

Donated good clothes (wool coat, etc) on hangers today which were thrown into a bin immediately after that saw many other items thrown on top of them. The attendant was told that it would be best if they remained hanging. This will be the last of our donations to Goodwill, we've noticed this happening with prior donations.

It took 3 people to give a refund while there was a long line. They didn't open up other register to accommodate the situation. I said, "Do you know you have a long line?' More than 10 people. We were all standing more than 12 minutes. A young guy with a beard, glasses, and a ponytail said, "We're working on it."Now I am first in line and heard him at the register tell an older gentleman manager after I said you have a long line. "Don't you like it when people complain?" I can hear him lound and clear and so can other customers. After my purchase, I stood at the register and told him, "I heard what you said, It takes 3 people for a situation, and you're a manager not opening other registers. Again, I am standing right here and heard your rude comment. Have a good day."... He says very narcissisticly."You too. " Sir, if you don't like your job, it doesn't give you the audacity to speak how you did when I was standing right there. Retrain this guy since he had no customer relation skills. People are still people.

Not a good atmosphere, I hardly ever come to this location for that reason, but being in the area wanted to give it another chance, I had a brand new backpack just bought in another store, and I was hoping to ehch it for another item, we're talking about $5.99. The story is big and messy, all employees that I had encountered are walking with sour face, many plates are chipped because they are all on top of mug, pans, other cookware. I found two items totalin $5.99 and asked i I could make an even exchange, the cashier said that they don't accept any. That means that the manager is making his/hers own rules, I had never heard of such thing, with the receipt and from the store that's 10 minutes away. I am done with them.

Not my favorite location. The store has an odd smell and things you bring home have that smell - I wipe them down, wash, or leave them outside in the sun immediately. Today was a terrible experience in particular. There was SO much inventory you could barely move the hangers to see what clothing items were there, you could barely navigate from the middle of the store to the back for all the furniture and inventory on the floors, a worker came through with a cart that was piled so high and wide he hit 1 lady in the back (she was squeezed up against the clothing rack), and ran into my cart and moved it a bit before I could smash it far enough into the clothing rack to get out of his way. One female employee got loudly belligerent with an older male customer when he (what appeared to me) tapped her arm to ask her about pricing. It definitely makes me not want to go back.

I moved in the area 1 year ago. I originally liked it but over the past year the store has become a shambles. Very unkempt, dirty and over all unclean. Very unorganized! I feel like I need a mask ? every time I enter. I don't know what has changed over the past year but I can no longer go there.

Looove this Goodwill. Nice cashiers, great variety of items and lots of hidden gems. Even the pricier things they pick out are still a great deal. Sometimes can get messy but that's mostly other customers throwing stuff around lol.

Came here looking for some decor for my new apartment and wanted to leave almost instantly. When you first walk in, it's very dim which I usually don't mind, but it was odd coming from sunny outside to such a gloomy store. Once inside, it was practically impossible to find anything. There were no employees around, and all the items were just thrown on top of each other. Very loose organization, and since it was so busy, it was impossible to see all the miscellaneous items of the shelf. I kept feeling like I would get trampled at any second. Left without finding anything.

The manager completely over prices their items.
