Lythe did a awesome job on my haircut, a lot of people struggle with it because how it grows but perfected it and gave me the best haircut I've had in almost 20 years. Both people working were super nice and welcoming and Lythe was a great conversationist and seemed to really care about doing a good job. Definitely going back and look forward to getting my hair done again!

This store has excellent service and great staff the barber Lythe was easy on my son and he speaks Arabic I love the haircut he gave my kid definitely plan on coming back ❤️

Lythe is hands down the best barber I’ve been to. He was super thorough, making sure every detail was on point, and took his time to get everything just right. On top of that, he’s really chill—great conversation and an easygoing vibe that made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a barber who knows what they’re doing and actually cares about the cut, Lythe’s the guy! Highly recommend.

I recently visited Great Clips at the Cosgray location for a shampoo service and had a disappointing experience. The hairstylist's nails were extremely sharp, causing discomfort and pain as they scratched my scalp and tangled in my hair. Additionally, she didn't bother to dry my hair even slightly, leaving me to exit the store with water dripping down my neck in cold weather. The lack of care and attention to customer service was disheartening. It felt like no one cared or listened.

Came to get a little more hair cut off after 4 days because I realized it wasn’t as much as I thought was off. My fault. But they offer to cut a little more off if it within 2 weeks. Came back and asked if someone could cut just a little more off and the two ladies acted clueless… I’d work on some better service if I were them!

The lady who cut my hair didn't comb it through and cut unevenly. She didn't spray my hair and pulled extremely hard on it too. She truly wasn't gentle with my hair and was really rough with it. She was so unprofessional and never dressed with Apron. I donated my hair and said to cut of 11 inches, she didn't measure and just eyeballed the measurements. She didn't put the piles of hair I was donating neatly but I know they are supposed to place a elastic band and then cut. The people there were all rude. Overall I think I had a terrible experience there and warned my husband and kids not to go to this location. If anyone reads this review before heading this place..please please don't go. Very bad customer service. The location 4990 cosgray rd does not have measuring tape, Wigs for kids envelope. No address to post. My donation wasn't accepted as she cut with approximate measures. The three ladies there does not seem welcoming.

Cee (might be spelling her name wrong) was wonderful!! I asked for something a little hard and she took the time and effort to make sure I had exactly what I wanted! Definitely asking for her every time I go!
