Will give a 5 star because the 2 haircuts I’ve got were indeed awesome. Need to give a feedback though because there is room for improvement. Have had my haircut with the same person. This person is very insecure but also very talented. In her first attempt, the haircut does not look good. She seems to just want to get the job done quickly. Always have to insist and direct her a lot in the fade and blend that I like. If this person puts effort in the details and making sure in focusing on a good blend, I’m sure she’ll be a 6 star. Hope the manager gets this.

A horrible experience at Cosgray location. I checked in online and when my turn came, I visited along with my Dad. JENNIFER (refused to share her Last Name) was an employee who attended me. She was so rude, her body language was so arrogant as if I made a wrong choice to be there for my hair cut. I was asked whether I am checked in, I said Yes, furthermore she asked whats your name, I said my last name as Patel. Then she asked, how many people? At this point I would admit I may did not understood her question and replied with me and him (my dad) but I was calm to answer her question. Thats where she was mad on me like, WHO ARE THOSE TWO PEOPLE? With no eye contact and definitely sounding so rude. I was still calm and said this is my name and my Dads name. I have no idea what in the world she asked me the same question, how many people and what are the names? And she arrogantly turned over Kiosk POS towards me and it was so insulting to me and my Dad to go through this in front of other people who were watching this. I refused to do a haircut and left the place. I came back again, just to find her name so that I can report this issue to great clips customer service. I am a big time customer with Great clips and so do my family memebers. I didn't expected such treatment and one being working in this industry, how can you treat your customers like that? I would urge people not to go to great clips and I will spread the word of mouth to all I know and would request to ignore this lady to work as well GC. I am sure Jennifer is an tenured employee and she might be a rotational employee working at different locations. I was personally hurt and I hope no one should ever be treated like this. GREAT CLIPS: I would request you to please investigate on this matter and take an action against her. I hope nobody else have to go through this ?

Took me off from the waiting list. I waited 70 mins for the haircut. Just told me its not in our hands and didn't give me a haircut. Regular customer of Great Clips but I wont be going to them anymore.

I walked in at 6:30 to an empty waiting area and open chair and they said they wouldn't take a walk-in even though they were still open for 25 more minutes. If this is the policy, it should say do on their store hours.
