Came here with my 6 year old daughter today for gel pedicures. We had a nice relaxing time and our pedicures look great and without flaws. Also, this is the most exfoliated my feet have ever gotten from a pedicure. I mean they are soft all around. I am impressed and my feet look and feel so nice ?

5 stars for Peter! Today I got a balance with the new cat eye gel polish. He did such an amazing job. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m always happy with their work but today I’m blown away. He is very gentle but thorough! I had a few minor issues with the original set and without even mentioning a thing I watched as he noticed and fixed everything. He took his time and didn’t move on to polish until they were perfect! He seemed just pleased as I was with how the cat eye effect turned out which just made me feel even more happy with them! Can’t wait to show these babies off ?

It’s very hit or miss depending on the technician. Sometimes I have a lot of nail growth after 2 days! It isn’t relaxing either. There seems to be more yelling back and forth than other salons.

This is my favorite nail salon in Columbus. I have been coming here for years. I used to live in Powell and the location was very convenient and now that I moved to New Albany I still come all the way from New Albany because of how much I like this salon. My favorite nail technician is Doris and she is amazing! She knows how I like my nails and she does an amazing job every time! The salon is clean, they have all the new products and colors that you need if you want your nails to look great! Everyone is very professional and also very attentive and friendly! I definitely recommend Doris, but if she is busy any other technician will take care of you and you will look great!

I have been coming to Haven nails for many years, and have always been satisfied with the service and the quality. The owners are so sweet and friendly. However today I was extremely disappointed.
I usually just get a gel pedicure, but I am getting married on Saturday and so I also wanted to get a manicure. The tech who did my pedicure did a nice job! When I showed them the picture of what I wanted for my nails it became big news in the whole salon. I don’t usually get my finger nails done except for special occasions because I work with my hands, and I like my nails to stay short. I showed the tech a picture and told him I wanted the style, length, and shape and that I wanted to do something fun like a rhinestone or pearl on my ring fingers. He instantly started talking me out of it, telling me i shouldn’t get a rhinestone because I wouldn’t like it but said we could do the rest.
While he was putting on the tips, I asked him to go a little shorter and he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum. He literally started whining like a toddler, telling me that my nail beds are too short for ombré nails and that I should pick something different like a solid color polish. When I asked if there was an option to maybe just do a French tip instead since he didn’t want to do the ombré, he literally picked up my hands and threw them down on the table like a kid throwing a fit and then had me move tables for a different tech to do my nails because he was so annoyed by my request.
The whole time the new tech did my nails, he kept coming over to watch and laugh and make fun of me. While the new tech was very sweet and ultimately my nails look beautiful, it still ended up being a very different manicure than I wanted it to look like, and she also did complain a few times that my nail beds were too short so it was a difficult manicure.
I cannot help my anatomy, but I can’t imagine that I’m the first person with nail beds that aren’t a mile long to come in asking for a manicure. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and I will unfortunately never come back, even though I have been coming for years.
I have never seen a grown man throw such a tantrum over what I want to do with my own body, but I guess that is the world we live in.
The first photo was the inspiration pic, and the second is what I got. Still beautiful but not as short or round as hoped for, and a little oddly shaped which sucks because I am getting married now with these nails and they will be forever immortalized in my wedding album. The third picture is my toes, or my “something blue”

I go to Nail Haven every month and they do a great job. I get compliments on my nails all the time so I know they make them look good. Their prices are a little high which is why I didn't give them 5 stars. But other than that, the people are friendly and they don't try to up-sell you with other services.

I love how friendly everyone is and the quality of my services. Angie is fabulous!! Whenever I bring my daughter, age 9, they do such a great job and pamper her just like they do for me. Haven nail salon is the perfect salon for any nail service.
