Li is absolutely incredible! I had a very complicated return that other tax pros here could not figure out and she worked so hard to get everything complete for me and so fast! I will absolutely come back. Receptionists were amazing and so sweet as well!

Had an appointment for 1pm it got moved to 1:15pm with another person. I arrive early but end up sitting in the lobby now until 1:40. If you do taxes here don’t expect them to be on time.

I've been with H&R Block for years and each representative has been excellent. I only changed to a new tax consultant when there was retirement. So lucky to now have Martha. This was my first year with Martha and I hope that I'll be with her until her retirement. Martha is so pleasantly professional and super knowledgeable about current tax codes. She was efficient and helpful. I look forward to future tax preparations at this office with Martha.

I called and requested for a meeting on a Friday. I come in Friday and find out they are not open on Fridays at all. Who the hell is so incompetent they schedule a meeting for a day they aren't even open????

Laura Lucas primarily fights with the taz pros at Level 3 and Level 4 and is expert in throwing them out throw DGM. Also she fights with clients and throws them out. She over stamps her 23 years tax associate experience. She is actually has multi unit firing experience

So I took my already filed taxes from a different location to here to get a second look at my tax return. I sat in HR block for 40 mins with an appointment and H&R block packet and was told I can drop my documents off for a second opinion and even stated twice they were filed from another H&R block. 4 days went by and I got a call and was told that I couldn't get a second look since my documents were filed from another H&R block location..So I come from work to pickup my documents to be told I need my ID to pick them up (I am still new at filing taxes so I didnt know but it would have been nice to be notified after making a second trip there). Now I have to make a third trip there and find time to head there between work and school..After I pickup my forms, I will not be returning to this location.

Waste of time. I watched the tax preparer screw up my information plenty of times and had to correct. Would constantly say my refund amount out loud and was not discreet. Was not personable and was not knowledge about the basics. Will not be returning here and will gladly go back to Jackson Hewitt.
