Slowest live bank I’ve had the pleasure of banking at. There are 5 bankers, only one is performing customer service. Their online service is terrible. I’ll be looking to move my money elsewhere.

Their one drive thru ATM only works part of the time . I frequently have to drive to the location closer to Whole Foods to access banking services. What’s the point of even having that ATM lol

20 yrs of banking with Huntington, and I’ve never experienced such complete disrespect and rudeness from a teller. I would give some grace had they been busy, but since I was the only car in the drive thru at 115pm, I think he could have mustered up a hello, what can I do for you, and a thank you…but obviously not!
