Such a bad bank, terrible service, low interest rates. There are better options, at this point Chase is better and they aren't great.

The teller named Sree Prathipati was so helpful to me at this branch on Friday! She helped my husband and I with getting a form notarized and a wire transfer put thru. When she put all the info in for the wire transfer, the system locked her out, but she remained patient, persistent, helpful, and kind to put it all in for me again. In the midst of this she was also managing and directing customers thru the lobby for their needed destinations and even helped a drive thru customer. She was very efficient at multi tasking, taking care of everyone and accomplishing the tasks at hand (this was during lunch hour while another teller was on break). I appreciated her so much!

I went into Huntington Bank to request a Bank Verification Letter, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The Branch Manager, Eric Keener, made sure I got exactly what I needed quickly and without any hassle.

I’ve been to this branch twice and received help from two different bankers. Both times, the customer service I received was professional and courteous. Even the front desk staff are polite.

I like Huntington, but this branch specifically exceeded my expectations. The staff here were all delightful and very attentive to my needs. Not to mention, efficient. Katie, the branch manager, was very pleasant to deal with, also. I don’t live on this side of town, but I would go out of my way to visit this branch in the future.

Brand new Huntington, where the Uno used to be. Just opened a couple of weeks ago. The landscaping is barely finished. Easy access, right in front of Walmart. Plenty of parking. Small lobby, but nice, and good service. We do all our banking at Huntington now, and it's not just because of the free pens. Nice to see a new location, handy off the highway and occasionally convenient for me.
