Nichole did a great job cutting and styling my hair until it grew back after over processing and styling. Products available at Salon useful at home. Missing hair less noticeable with bowl cut...Used JCP Salon for routine styling and products. No trouble with parking availability even on Saturdays.

I had a pretty bad experience with a new stylist here. I really didn’t appreciate the unsolicited advice on how to wear my scarf. And the obnoxious very loud small talk all around my head, one of the stylist repeatedly kept on judging my hair saying to my stylist “YEAH GET RID OF THOSE SPLIT ENDS” to which my stylist responded that she didn’t want me to cry like what was going on. And it time I asked for pricing they’re talk in circles refused to give any transparency, initially wanted to cut the style short and kept on very aggressively telling me to book a couple of appointments even though I said no, they’d still continue trying to sell to me unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location. I accidentally booked at Tuttle instead of Polaris’s where I had two great experiences.

No one answered the phone so no appointment made. Was thinking how my mom went here from time to time.. wanted to see if I could jar a few old childhood memories.. everything is closing down so sad...

I did take my 3yo son for his first salon haircut and we had the best experience!The lady was very nice and professional and she knew how to deal with kids, Definitely recommend.

This place is like a time capsule and I love it. It's like getting your hair cut at a full service salon in the 1980s when service was so much better than today.YOU DON'T NEED TO DOWNLOAD A STUPID APP just to schedule getting your haircut and the stylists are friendly and good at what they do.I highly recommend!

Debbie T. gave my 11 year old son his first perm and a haircut. She did such a great job. She explained each step of the perm and eased some of his worries. She offered him snacks and water. We're happy with the end results.

I had a cut and color appointment with Rhonda and she was AMAZING! I was so happy with the end result. She was so nice and had so much patience with my crazy thick hair. She kept double checking to make sure she was doing what I wanted. I will be back for sure!! Thanks Rhonda!!

I use to love shopping at JC Penny's in the 80 -2023. I won't go back this store was went down hill in merchandise and customer service. I ordered online for a new comforter set (made in China) paper thin. Took it back next day returned it bought a blanket for $29.00 was the price on rack the lady a register said I'll give you $5.00 and another $15 if you open a credit card I said NO THANK YOU she had my ID and Drivers License I'd paid for my blanket get home and after the discounts it was $48 dollars I was so mad when she kept trying to give me a credit card so today I get a declined letter from them I was boiling then I told her my accounts were frozen and I didn't need a credit card of 29% interest if you don't pay it off. Of course with an 811 credit score I keep that baby locked. Their loss not mine I could've called the store because I didn't get the sale price but I'm better to leave JC PENNY at Turtle Crossing alone especially with people like that working ripping people off.

Went in to have a bad cut fixed. Came out with Extremely Short hair and the same whacked off cut as I had from another salon. Will take months for my hair to grow back. Bad choice. Won't go back or recommend. Horrible

The salon was very clean and nice. My hair dresser was very experienced in what I wanted done. So they matched with just the right person. The end result was excellent.

I'd never go back to Ren nice lady but no knowledge on cutting layers an can't bleach highlights. More disappointing how they wanted my money an didn't care at all to make me happy. Go to weekend girl or you'll have regrets an ripped offServices: Haircut
