Winning Customer Service - I was on the way to a job interview when I noticed I had a hole along the seam of my pant leg. I panicked and stopped in to see if they could help. In my hurry, I didn’t notice that they had not even opened yet. I explained the situation and the staff there jumped into action and had my pants sewn up in 5 minutes to get me back on the road to my interview. They didn’t charge me and wished me luck. Keep in mind, my suit was not even purchased from Jos A Bank. That type of personal connection and above-and-beyond service is how you earn customers for life. Thank you to this team for their incredible service heart.

The customer service while we were there was amazing but when it came down to the product I’m extremely disappointed. I had our groomsmen’s go in and try on the suits when they came in and some of the suit came in the wrong complete wrong size and can’t be picked up until the day before the wedding while it’s an out of town wedding.

I VISITED THE JOS. A. BANK AT THE DUBLIN LOCATION. UPON ENTERING, I WAS GREETED BY A FRIENDLY YOUNG LADY ASKING HOW SHE COULD HELP. SHE ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND THEN DIRECTED ME TO A FEW CHOICES. AFTER DECIDING THE STYLE I WAS GOING TO GO WITH, SHE HELPED ME FIND THE RIGHT SUIT JACKET AND THEN PULLED SLACKS FOR ME TO TRY ON. SHE THEN CALLED A YOUNG MAN OVER TO MARK THE JACKET AND SLACKS FOR ALTERATIONS. HE ALSO MEASURED ME FOR A DRESS SHIRT. BOTH OF THESE ASSOCIATES PROVIDED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. IF YOU WANT FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE TO BUY, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt the need to after a poor experience. I was told I would receive a $250 voucher once all my groomsmen were fitted. After my wedding I was then told I didn’t qualify for this because I didn’t get cuff links. This was never communicated to me or I would have added the cuff links to receive the voucher. I called 5 days earlier to try to resolve the situation and was told I would hear back in 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything. The fitting and suit was fine, but save yourself the hassle from poor communication and lack of professional and go somewhere else.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She answered my questions before we went there to find my son a suit jacket.

I have to be honest here. I don’t leave bad reviews just for fun. I have seen a very noticeable decline in professionalism and quality of service at this location. When I got my wedding suit 2 /12 yrs ago everything was timely and came perfectly. However this time getting a custom suit has been a nightmare. Poor service, tailoring has taken forever, I have been there 3 times to get my new suit and it’s not correct. Just poor service and communication all around. I won’t be buying a suit from this location again.

Customer service experience was excellent! Was in and out pretty quickly, had all of my questions answered about my purchase and even had some things explained to me that I didn’t think to ask

I had a very disappointing experience with Jos. A. Bank. I brought in a simple alteration that was supposed to take just a few days, but it ended up taking over a week longer than originally quoted. No one ever notified me that it was ready—I had to keep following up myself.
When I finally picked it up, the alteration was incorrect. I was told it would be fixed and that I’d receive a call the next day with an update. That call never came. Four days later, I had to reach out again just to get any information.
The lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. I expected far better service, especially for such a basic request. No one seemed to be bothered or take ownership. I will be using a different location.

They offer a good clearance selection. Most sales are typically over the weekend, something to keep in mind.
