the manager Larson was very friendly and helpful! i can’t remember the last time i’ve had an employee be so friendly and actually cared about helping us! service was outstanding and he helped us find the perfect shoes for my kids school year! very kind young man and even kinder to my preteens, bless his heart ❤️

I was disrespected in this store earlier today. I asked for a size 6 in men’s and one of the workers were heading to the back to get me a size 6, IN MENS. I am a man, which I saw no problem in it, another worker then says “Men’s or Women’s.” If there was a problem he could have said something but instead he insisted on trying to be homophobic, I am a gay man, still a man. Treat people how you want to be treated. Thank you!

Hayden was so helpful! As soon as I walked in the store he was attentive and got what I needed and made sure I had everything I needed! He was helpful in choosing sizing and his kindness was refreshing! Thank you!!

Journeys is an amazing place to do business at, coming in to buy shoes or even order online has always been really easy and professional, and if those are unavailable they always go for the next best option based on my personal preference. Will always come back for shoes

I love journeys!! I am a regular at the mall and always check out the shoes when I’m here! The staff are so friendly and nice!! They are very mature and greet me as soon as I walk in, and I live for their sock collection they are so cool!! However I do wish they had more selection for the adidas!

Very very immature employees here.
They might have not said it to customers directly however after asking the customer if he needed help and then spouting out words like “You’re not him!” “Hurry up!” “What do you want !!?” After the customer turned his back and you giggling with the employee girls to impress them and watching if the customer would react. I hope you lose your job and learn a lesson. I also was going to purchase at least $400 worth of boots but hell no never entering a place like this. I’ll be calling corporate.
