They do NOT protect their clients funds. If you get a credit card and someone writes a cash advance against it, those free checks they mail out.... they will not investigate, look at signatures, look at cameras not show you the paper forged with your name. Even when you catch this in a timely manner, You the customer will be stuck with the fraudulent charges. This is the most difficult bank to own a credit card for a dispute.

Under no circumstances EVER USE KEY BANK FOR ANY FINANCIAL REASONS. Their incompetence and stupidity ruined my credit for a mistake THEY MADE. Morons, uncaring, idiots and should be out of business if all was fair. Which they have no understanding of the word. Or common sense and decency

Oops I'm updating my review from 2 to 5. I originally thought they had closed the drive by 15 minutes early but it turned out that it was open but the thing was just stuck.
