This is the second time your employee, name tag Kathy, who was working Friday, sep 22nd at 5:07pm, has messed up my fuel rewards point usage on my gas purchase. If you see Kathy at the window, do not use cash go somewhere else if you want to use more than .03 cents off and cash. She messes it up every time and says she can't cancel the transaction. She has messed this up previously with me before and put my money on another person's pump before. I am extremely displeased that this is happening at the same location more than once and the first time I contacted multiple customer service providers through kroger to get my refund and waited at the pump last time for 3 hours or more to be resolved.
