Ill be honest the reason I no longer use this pharmacy is all because of one guy who is a trainee. He was constantly trying to delay my medication for no good reason, asking me to come back days or weeks later. He once asked me to come back in THREE WEEKS for my medication. I would understand if they didnt have it or anything but when I insisted it shouldnt take 3 weeks to get my medication someone else came over and it was ready in less than 30 minutes as usual. I dont know if hes like trying to do less work but honestly I dont understand how putting me off for weeks is less work for him, and he has been rude to me and my partner. I am sad because now Im using a mail order pharmacy and I used to love this pharmacy, but at least I get my medication without having to advocate for myself every time, which is incredibly difficult for me. Its very hard for me to say no, I can you check again, I need my medication rather than just walk away in tears.

Leo was the most helpful pharmacy worker I have ever been served by. He went above and beyond to help sort out insurance complications and I am so grateful!

These guys need more staff to reduce the long lines and wait times. There’s also poor communication when the medicine is ready. CVS is far superior, and Kroger needs to make significant improvements.

I have been very pleased going to various Kroger pharmacy locations around the city. The people have been very nice and they have been much more effective at getting a particular prescription for me than CVS. I would highly recommend.

One of the worst grocery stores I've ever been to cannot find anything even simple things like brown sugar signage is terrible. Merchandising is terrible. I will never go back to the store again. Good thing there's a giant Eagle nearby and Aldi and Whole Foods.

Roopa helped me switch my prescription to a one month supply to avoid any co-pays through my insurance. She helped me save money and did so while they were slammed. I've gone to this pharmacy for a long tine and it's amazing.

This Kroger Marketplace is the best, when it comes to stock! Also, they have the freshest & affordable Sushi in Dublin Ohio! They also have the best flowers, and they deliver!

Me and my friends were buying drinks at Kroger early this morning, one of my friends is Arab, the other is Black and Arab, and I'm Mexican. We walked from school so we all still had our book bags on us. As my friend reached for her drink, a worker rudely yelled at me from across the isle while walking past the white teen boys and coming straight to us. She immediately assumed we were stealing. Since she strongly believe I had stolen and kept repeating that she saw me put something in my bag I told her to check my bag instead she kicked us out and embarrassed me and my friends. She told us she didn't understand why we had to come in early in the morning. This Kroger is right next to a very diverse school district and always treats the students of color poorly. I always hear that they check my classmates and friends bags before leaving but I have never heard this come from a white classmate. The entire time this employee was nothing but hostile and rude, we have never been treated this poorly at an establishment before. We're tired of being discriminated like this just for what we look like. Just know we won't be coming back to this chain grocery store. I thought better of Kroger and I've been completely starstruck at how wrong I am. This place isn't even worthy of a one star review for how they treat me, my friends, and classmates just because of how we look like this is truly unacceptable behavior and we shouldn't have to be treated like this.

The pharmacy team members at the Dublin Sawmill Kroger location are just amazing. They are so helpful and knowledgeable, especially when prior authorizations are required. Stacey, Julia and Kelly, three of the pharmacists I see the most, are incredibly smart, kind and thorough. I keep them up to date as much as I can re. my health issues so they understand the complexities of my situation. There are never any judgements which is a rarity in today's world. As I wrote earlier...great team.

I feel like I work here, bagging my groceries trying to keep up, then reprimanded for helping...Literally all the groceries were backed up with no employee to help, so I helped. Reprimanded several times, like full on scolded me like a child!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for at least ten years. Stacey (pharmacist) is always so kind and goes way above and beyond to get my orders done quickly. She also educates me on all of my prescriptions. I wish people would realize most places are still coming back from the pandemic and are short staffed. No need to be such Karen’s and leave bad reviews. Find a hobby.
