I arrived 30 mins on friday before close with handwritten presciption from surgery center. Two other pharmacies turned me down saying they will not be able to fill it in an hour. However, kroger did in half the time. The staff is great and the manager has can do attitude. I am one happy customer who will use this pharmacy go forward.

My mom was waiting on important medication and last week we pick up all except one and after a week I had to call today and the lady answer the phone she said we try to reach out that if this one is necessary we have to order it and than she told me we will have it ready today so she basically lied to me and than she said we called which is the lie as well, she was rude and didn't even apologize for the mistake and hang up on me, very unprofessional, I called today at 10.36 am

Great service! I am here from out of town for a family emergency. In the chaos, I forgot to refill a prescription before I left. I had to work with my Dr’s office, my local pharmacy, and Kroger’s pharmacy to get it filled on Friday afternoon of the New Year’s longs weekend. I spoke with Olivia several times as I got steps accomplished and she was super helpful and friendly in helping me get the needed prescription into their system and filled in time. I couldn’t have asked for any better or more helpful service.

Whats happening at Kroger since they offered the self service check out there are no associates to help you pack your shopping I spent over $150 on goods had to keep clearing the belt because it was showing as blocked meanwhile people are piling up behind Me because all my purchases were still on the belt, ironically I purchased wine and had to show proof of age, the shop associate approved and walk off to talk to another worker ignoring Me and the line of shoppers waiting to check out.

I have a disability called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. It effects me in that I am at risk of passing out from change in position (ie: bending over) . This kroger is not ADA accessible. Every single lane is a self check out lane. This makes it hard for people with disabilities to check out their groceries. Pick up and delivery is an option but it is an extra fee. I understand for delivery why there has to be an extra fee. Pick up is an extra fee for orders under $35. Here's the issue. Not everyone has access to a car. This Kroger in particular is right next to the bus stop. Making pick up for those individuals not an option. Also for people who just have lots of groceries making them scan each individual item takes a long time and hold up the line. There should at least be one regular check out line. This was a very poorly thought out idea. I will not be coming back I will now only be going to the other Kroger across town. I shouldn't have to ring up $400 of groceries by myself.

The absolute worst vm system ever. Need to look for another pharmacy instead of being pissed every time I try to refill a rx.

People standing around not helping with bagging. This after having to ring up my own groceries and every second or third product not ringing up quickly or needing "assistance". I'm taking my $300 per week of groceries somewhere else after coming here for 18 years. I give up.

The rudest pharmacy workers I have ever met in my life. I understand that you probably got berated by people all day who can’t get their meds but people are struggling out here without their meds and are trying to make it work with what they can get/ having to pay a crazy amount and you need to be nicer.

I had 2 new prescriptions called in yesterday. I got a text that they would be ready on 10/22! and a link contact the pharmacy "if" I needed them sooner. WTH? Of course I needed them sooner, so I called. I discussed this w/ a pharmacy tech, including the fact that I am leaving town for a while eatly tomorrow morning. The pharmacy tech then transferred me a pharmacist, who assured me one medication was in stock & the other would be ordered from Central Fill & both prescriptions would be available for pick up after 2 PM today. When I went to pick them up, the one that was in stock was ready, & the other, instead of being ordered from Central Fill, had been cancelled and put on file! This is the 2nd time this year (I seldom use prescriptions & when I do I truly need them) that this same pharmacy has done this same exact thing to me.They apparently don't want my business, & they get their wish. I will transfer my prescriptions bothout & cease to use them.

The store is clean and the employe that I dealt with was helpful and polite directing me to the liquor center in the store. Very nice selection, well stocked with friendly staffing. Good selection of craft bourbon plus the stand alone standards. Rum selection is nice along with tequilas and cordial but the show stopper for me is the vodka / gin selection. For such a tiny liquor "closet" store the selection is great.
