This store is either under extremely poor management, or it is an outright scam. Every single time I am in this store, items are advertised as being on sale with the digital coupon, only to find out that digital coupon is no longer valid. They will manually adjust at the register if you take a picture, but why on earth it is the consumers' job to constantly monitor this?
It is really hard to see this an anything other than an outright scam, targeting people who clip coupons at home and assume they have that one or who simply don't notice the increasingly tiny barcodes.

I have been going here a long time. I like the selection and usually having everything I want. Prices are good too.
Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is almost every lane, including self-checkout, get closed at night and there can be long lines when it clearly doesn't have to be that way. On the other hand, I went in today, and despite the store being decently crowded, I got right in because there were so many lanes available.

I know it’s hard to hire people these days, but come on. Your shelves often have gaping holes and are not restocked. Produce is a serious weekly problem on restock. Bakery often has little selection, downgraded sizes/quality with upgraded prices. From a weekly shopper, you are seriously trending down.

8pm Friday night. 4 self checkouts open and a line halfway into the chip aisle. If you won't pay people, at least turn on the self checkout machines. And why only door open? Second worst Kroger in Dublin.

Rude employees, gave us the run around didn't want to help. They brushed us off and gave the wrong locations on purpose just so they did not have to do their job. Even the manager did not want to take the time to help find the location of the item we where told "if you can't find it here go to walmart they always have it".

Only 4 self check outs were open the line for self check out was down the chip isle. This isn’t working. Bring back cashiers. (Nothing against the employees working they are clearly trying their best but they could use an extra person)

Why do they close the main entrance by all the parking at 8pm leaving the entrance with no parking out front open. No well placed song to even see.

Gets worse every time somehow. Out of 1 in 4 things I need. No registers open, can't afford that, but has the money for 7 managers wondering around the store staring at things.

Honestly I am not a Kroger employee please have more people at your registers. Allowing customers to have pit bulls in the store that are pets is a health code violation and a joke. This location needs to do better!
