I am not a fan of self-checkout. Bridge St. only has self checkout. I had to call Abdi, the Attendant because the register would not accept my Listerine. Then I had to call him a 2nd time because the register charged me double for 2 bruised grapefruit from the clearance rack. He did not know the price and I didn't want to wait for confirmation. I suggested we forget the grapefruit. I said prices are high; you don't have an express line and twice I had to call you. He said, "Can I put the grapefruit in your bag?" He didn't charge me. THAT's outstanding Customer Service and the reason why I pop in--even when I abhor the self-checkout.

My wife had a bad enough experience with one of their deli employees that she actually called me. I went up there to speak to the employee but was told he was unavailable. I spoke to the store manager who was on shift at that time and he somewhat defended the unacceptable actions of his employee. Although he stated he would speak to Mujud (probably spelled wrong) I serious doubt he will or any corrective actions taken. At this point neither my wife or I will shop at this Kroger location ever again. Very poor customer service!

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN! I went to the deli to order my lunch after waiting almost 4 mins in front of a staff member I asked 3 X'S if i could place an order. The Male Maujid looked directly in my face & ignored me. I seen another gentleman & asked if he could take my order. I asked him was it customary for staff members to openly disregard customers but he didn't reply. If your looking for a rude staff.this is definitely the place to go!

Wanted to buy wine but my ID was expired & I was told I needed either the paper stating it was renewed or an up to date ID. Went in there today with the paper showing it was renewed but was rejected again & told they can’t accept paper at all. VERY frustratingUpdate: went to a different kroger & they accepted my paper ID & told me they can accept it up to 2 weeks from when I got it lol

Just purchased your new double breaded chicken, presentation is visually dry in apperance, does NOT have the appearance of no 1 kroger chicken, be that cooking process is longer, chicken is dryer, now number last, if you give a variety in your wing selection, seems as you would do the same with, the no 1 chicken or was, EVERYONE does not care for crispy chicken!!!!!!

Terrible prices, everything is so expensive. They pay their employees an unlivable wage. The food is never good there, except maybe from the Sushi section. The produce section has gnats, mold, and other unsanitary things. It is always crowded, and there is not enough lanes, so expect a 20 min wait when checking out.

The cashier who was on chec 652 at around 7.10am, was rude, I was doing self check out coz I was craving for sweets, when I left I I said thank you to her even though it was self checkout I was very kind but she was rude and rolled her eyes, I don't know what I did wrong maybe it's because am black or maybe am Muslim and I was dressed like Muslim, but either way, this was not the first time another day she did the same thing, I just assumed she had a rough morning but twice that's unprofessional, at least don't roll the eyes to someone who is kind to you, my assumption is that she doesn't like Muslims, so if you are Muslim don't come to this location, just go somewhere else that will respect you like a human, no matter how much u hate ppl, you should never let it come between you and your job, you will never see me in any kroger location, i am keeping myself away from them. I rather take my money to a place that sees me as a human.the Kroger location was 7625 sawmill Rd,

Zero stars! Biased behavior experience!! Stopped our shopping cart at once (some new tech cart wheels which locks itself) for no reason at the exit door and checkout lead lady started asking questions as if we didn’t checkout our cart and so .. very very humiliating! Worst Kroger experience since being Kroger customer!

One of the worst grocery stores I've ever been to cannot find anything even simple things like brown sugar signage is terrible. Merchandising is terrible. I will never go back to the store again. Good thing there's a giant Eagle nearby and Aldi and Whole Foods.

Needed batteries for a life saving medical device that was about to run out of power. I bought double A batteries and when I used one in the parking lot my device said “failed battery insert new battery”. Every battery in the pack I tried failed. Now I have minutes to go before my device fails and it’s a trip to the ER or doctors office to make sure I don’t die. I go back inside with receipt and old batteries in hand and snag the first batteries I see that are different from the on sale energizer ones. I think I know why, none of them work… I scramble to put the new battery in and it works. Pretty upsetting experience. I’d just like to swap out the batteries and guest services and employees who say they’ll take care of me lie, and charge me more money because their products were faulty in the first place. I’m not coming back here. I was so upset I just paid and left I’m so sick with my experience.

The store is organized but they never have enough cash registers open. Also they always have same employee helping with bagging at multiple registers. The cashiers act angry at customers for not helping bag groceries. I feel bad for the cashiers but I never bag my groceries to make a point that its not my job and they should get mad at their managers for not scheduling enough baggers. The management needs to schedule more people at registers and for bagging.

Kroger is now massively overpriced (like several stores), rarely has stocked produce, and when they do its not fresh, less lanes open, slow computers and the worst part is a heavy cardboard display fell on my son because the cardboard couldn't hold the display items. Now he has a nice size bruise. I will not be going back.

Usually 1 lane open. Employees not always in the best of moods, hard to find one smiling. They made it to 4 stars because of a manager’s above and beyond. My father, a disabled vet went in to by a charging cord for his phone and a manager saw his vet decorated buggy and gave him the cord for free and thanked him for his service. That was awesome and made my dads day. If they could get their employees to happy to be there and friendly with guests, it would be a five star.
