I received terrible customer service from an employee named Rachel. She was dismissive and rude to me immediately when I walked up to the counter. Instead of explaining to me my refund options. She kept repeating over and over what my refund would be without showing me how she came up with the refund price.

Went to this location today as I would rather pay more for a pleasant shopping experience than the frustration with Walmart. Very disappointed. I was in the store for nearly an hour and in every isle. I passed a dozen or so employees and not a single one spoke or said hello until my last stop at the cashier. Even when making eye contact and smiling to them, nothing in return. This store is big, clean. But was at the Walmart level of customer care.

I’ve been a loyal Kroger customer for years, but I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the gentleman working at the deli counter. While I usually brush it off, today his behavior went too far. It seems like local management should be aware, as this is not an isolated incident—he is consistently rude and unhelpful to everyone. I’m starting to wonder if he’s untouchable due to union rules, or if there’s no accountability. Sadly, I might have to consider switching to Giant Eagle.

Had a great experience today in floral department. I’m surprised how small the department is but they seem to do great job with what they have compared to other Market places. Michael put this lovely arrangement together so quickly. I needed an arrangement that was orange with black to congratulate my daughter who was excepted into the college of her choice. It was perfect and beautiful.

I completely concur with the other reviewers. Self-checkout is a complete chaos due to a really unpleasant person. If checkout intervention is necessary, he will not assist you and will instead treat you with complete contempt. I will never return there. I'm not sure why the manager is putting up with him. He's a tall, bearded man. I strongly advise the management to take swift action to resolve this matter so that every consumer is treated with the decency they are due.

Usually pretty great, trying to buy alcohol is an absolute joke however. Just moved here from PA and was told my ID was fake, refused sale and stuck their heads in the sand when I mentioned I’d bought from them before. I appreciate their diligence but management could use a brush up on how to handle situations like this, will be buying elsewhere for a while.

Consistently Disrespectful and Discriminatory Treatment
I have been a loyal customer at this Kroger location for years, but my experiences with one of the self-checkout employees, Jacob, have been deeply disappointing. For the past year, I’ve tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but today confirmed my concerns.
Jacob’s behavior towards me has consistently been passive-aggressive and dismissive. Today, when I needed assistance with the self-checkout screen, he was extremely rude, raised his voice at me, and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. His actions appear to be driven by an Islamophobic attitude, which is deeply troubling.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of my background. I urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the respectful treatment they deserve.

I mostly have good things to say. We often get pickup here. Occasionally, the staff will forget things in our order, but that's relatively rare. My biggest issue is with whoever is in charge of acquiring items for the pickup orders. We get so many items marked as out of stock, and whenever we go into the store, guess what? The items we ordered are right there on the shelves. This can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, I have no idea how their whole pickup order system works so it could be employee error or just the app/website sucking.

I came in to Kroger perimeter loop to get my friend some birthday balloons and the gentleman with the beard was helpful and had them filled and put them in a bag for easy transport. Excellent service. Thank you very much
