This is probably our 4th purchase at LazyBoy. We worked with the manager, Kristin and she was soo helpful and answered all our questions even though they were so busy In the store. When we picked up our chair Debbie also helped To make everything even easier.

We arrived an hour before closing (and ended up taking an hour and a half) but they never pressured us to hurry. Friendly and respectful associates and I look forward to getting the furniture delivery soon.
