Team seemed quite friendly to me. Was greeted when I walked in, was prompted to sign in on kiosk and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Arrived at 8 on Friday morning. Great service experience!

Not enough seats at reception, terrible front desk receptionist , unprofessional stuff. Me and my wife went there Saturday January 18 2025 the guy who was supposed to do my vitals was not trained or didn't want to do his job because he couldn't get my blood pressure accurately and I had to ask him to do again. Me and my wife heard both stuff (lady that works as front desk receptionist and the the guy who did our vitals and blood drawn were both using cuss words loudly multiple times and this is not acceptable. I'll definitely will say something to their management and leave a long list of complains because this not the first time we visit this location and I had enough. not to mention all these bad reviews that people already left about this office. Please go to a different location because I'm not going back there.

Don't go here! Front desk girl (that smelled like cigarettes) did my blood draw. She had no clue what she was doing, she kept making excuses as to why she couldn't properly get my labs.
As an actual medical professional.. it was clear to me right away that she has never actually learned venipuncture.
I am an easy stick and never have issues. This person blew my vein. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else!

Getting my blood drawn is one of my biggest fears, the process was quick and the staff is amazing. She found the vein immediately and I was in and out.

I Do not recommend! The ladies at the front desk were not welcoming when I walked in. I was not greeted with a good morning, and was made to feel I was bothering them. They were unprofessional and continued discussing their personal affairs at the front desk, and whispering while I waited to be seen. So many other Labcorp you can pick from!

Today August 28th, 2024 around 11:50 am, I went to this location for my drug test. I am an applicant for a CDL license and got an appointment through Sterling. I have scheduled the first appointment on August 21st. When I arrived at the reception you can see how unfriendly that lady was. I gave her the registration number and my license and then she said you are not paying eh…. she turned around and whispered a few words to herself that we were getting it all for free…I assume she was talking about immigrants. (I’ve heard it). I did not say a word, because I wanted to finish the test and leave.
Two minutes later, she came to me and said I could not do it because the registration had expired already. I went online and got a new registration after I called Keith the regional manager of Ancora who sent me a new link. She thought I would be leaving when she told me the first registration had expired. She did not like it at all when I got the new one. By the way, there was another woman at the same age as the first one and both are a bit heavy. I do not have their names.
When she called me to get in, I had my phone in a recording mode (Ohio's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent" law. I went in where I had to give a urine sample. After I cleaned my hands, she gave me a plastic cup where she put a line to show me how much urine she needed for the test. I went to the bathroom and I got her what she asked for.
She put that sample on a tube and then she threw it away. She told me they needed two tubes. She did not even ask me to get her more. She told me I would have to drink and redo that again. But they are closing at 1 PM, it was 20 Mn afternoon when said that. She said I did not give her enough samples. I confronted her and took the cup and the tube from the trash showing her where the line was on the cup. Both of them became aggressive and told me to leave or they would call the police. I left and went out of the office. I stayed behind the main door and called Keith, he told me if I leave the premises, they would treat it as a refusal. I was not aware of that. This will hurt the fact getting my CDL license-. They did report it as a REFUSAL. Now I will have to be observed when I take a piss to do it because those racist ladies marked it as if it was my fault. I have never used drugs my entire life but because of these two ladies' discrimination, I am now suspected of using drugs.
When Keith told me that I went back inside, they refused and threatened me again to call the police. They told me; they would report it as a refusal which would hurt my case.
I am asking you as the Labcop leadership team to change that refusal status and a written and phone apology from those two ladies, otherwise, I will take legal action against your discrimination and retaliation. I have the recording and it would be used as evidence.

Rude! I’m an RN who used this location a lot to drop off labs I have drawn already for my patients. They are always making us nurses wait to just collect the blood or urine we already got for them. I have waited for 20 minutes before. They posted a sign saying that we weren’t allowed to just leave them there on their desk, but we don’t have time to sit there and wait until they are ready to come and take them…. and this even happens when there’s no one in there so it’s not because they’re busy. Also, I have dropped off labs that were not proceeded in a timely manner which resulted in me having to go back to my patients home to draw blood again. Or they accidentally (wink wink) break the vial. This is the worst location to go to! They are just not professional and the larger blonde lady ALWAYS has an attitude! Avoid this location if possible.
I did notice on here that the owner only comments to people who are complementing the services that they’re receiving from this place, but he never, or she never reaches out to anyone who has any constructive criticism or is unhappy with the services that they received. This is probably why there’s so many poor reviews. Clearly, the staff are not held accountable for their actions due to poor management and poor ownership!!

Was in and out within 5 minutes for an employee drug screening. Did not experience any rudeness while there and lady seemed professional.

I've had to take pre-employment drug screens before but this is hands down my worst experience. The two older ladies working the front desk were no help, pompous, arrogant, mean, nasty, and rude. Go anywhere else if you have a choice.

Two blood test in 6 months. Never sent the results to my doctor. Called customer service. One excuse after another. Never will go back. One star is also too kind for their awful business!!!!

I had some horrible experiences with this place went twice to get labs and they kept telling me I had to come back with different stuff cause my doctor didn’t write it right. That’s understandable but the attitude and rudeness of the staff while telling me this was ridiculous. They talked to me like I was an idiot when it was my doctors fault not mine. I went for a third time to finally get blood work done with all the right info and the younger man and lady working were absolutely wonderful nothing like the older lady’s! The younger lady who drew my blood was so nice and understanding not to mention extremely quick. They are the sole reason I’m giving more that 1 stars.

The Indian lady that took my drug test was very rude. If you asked a question should respond back very rudely and would not give you proper constructions. Front desk was pretty nice and the Indian lady was pregnant. I get that she wanted me to tell the numbers made me repeat it two times, and kept saying I was wrong even though I read the numbers right wouldn’t come here. Find a different spot that lady really ruined my day really made me mad.
