It was incredibly easy to lease the unit. I had questions about adding others for access...they were answered by the 'chat' helper. I went to the facility on Old Avery Rd in Dublin. Teresa was extremely helpful in setting up my digital access, which for some reason wasn't working. The unit was very clean and ready for move in. The entire lot was well maintained and gave me comfort in knowing my belongings were not going to be damaged by environmental issues.

John was great with me, helped me fast and got me into my storage with ease and a swiftness. I was also pleasantly surprised when I came out 2 hours later to find a bathroom and water. Teresa is always such a joy and I can tell she’s there in that office even when she’s not.

I'm only still here because the manager of the location is super awesome. She knows who she is. The corporate business model is a total bait and switch. $70/mo quickly moved to $180/mo within 6 months. The manager jumped through hoops twice to bring it back down to $130ish and within 3 or 4 months it climbed right back up to the $200 mark. For a 5x10!?
There is a new company and facility down the road and we will go there now. Rates are more reasonable and fixed. It's a big inconvenience but it needs to be done at this point.
