Really sad to see this once thriving store so empty. They still have plenty of products to choose from, and seem to strive for good service from the staff that are there.

We usually go here to get my 11 year old dresses for her pageant's and dances. Today we went and the lower level moved around the dresses. Let's just say the selections they would have normally in her size was only a handful and were really hard to find. Very disappointed that they moved them and that the selection was almost non here. When I came upstairs to get rang up I had to ask for the lady to place my dress in a bag. She put my dress and a hoodie in the dress bag. Forgot to ring up the dress tape that was on the counter and I had to do a separate transaction for that. I told her I would just pay cash and she just stared at the screen as if she didn't know what to do, so I finally said just use my credit card. Will not be back anytime soo to this particular location. Hopefully it's not like this elsewhere.

Lots of nice stuff. I was looking for plus size women's clothes. They had a nice selection. It's still nice to actually see and feel and, if need be, try something on before buying. There was practically no one at the store a couple days before Christmas. I fear it is only a matter of time before there will be no more brick and mortar stores.

Selection was a little thin in the suits section. Staff was friendly, sections were reasonably organized and clean.

Employee did not follow proper protocol during buy online, pick up in store process, which could have resulted in theft of my item by someone other than myself. Tried to contact store management to suggest providing appropriate training/coaching, but am hitting brick wall trying to get hold of anyone. 1-800 Macy's number suggested to call the actual store and would not forward my concern. I am unlikely to utilize the service again unless I am assured they will correct the error and I can totally see issues during the holidays with people finding their packages long gone before they get to the store if Macy's doesn't address this training oversight. Didn't want to post this online, but since they don't respond to my multiple inquiries, this is my only recourse.

I mean, it was a Macy's. Like other department stores they design it so you get lost and/or get drawn to high ticket item areas, and end up buying more than you bargained for. 3/5 skibidi.
