After an okay-at-best buying experience with a sales rep that is no longer at MAG, I want to leave a review based highly on the service department's care and attention to vehicle needs I've had compounded. I was super appreciative that I was able to drop in last week and have my coolant topped off and air pressure balanced in my tires. Today, I had my first oil change, and although it is more expensive, given the nature of the vehicle, I was happily surprised that they detailed my car and mats in the process - I think that makes it worth it! I also needed them to order some other things for me, and Lucan is always above and beyond when it comes to ordering and scheduling. Thank you all!

I'm not a big fan of the vehicle buying experience. However, Simon understood my time constraints and helped put everything together very quickly and professionally. He and Mo helped finalize everything when I had an issue with the finance manager. I love my 2024 Defender 130 and the experience afforded to me during the buying process and follow-ups after the purchase.

On 12/30/23 I went into the Land Rover showroom looking for help. I was met by Carlos Dague who couldn’t have been more helpful. We had bought a Land Rover Defender 130 at another dealership and the remote start feature had been set up under another persons name. Knowing he wasn’t going to get a sale today, Carlos didn’t care. He was AWESOME and quickly told me what I needed to get him to get it all set up. We did that, and about 20 minutes later after I left Carlos called me and walked me through the steps to get it set up. I was impressed with his professionalism and doing exactly what he said he was going to do! I’ll be back for service and when someone ask me where I’d buy my new Land Rover I’d say from Carlos at MAG.Thank you

I've never experienced service this terrible. They had the vehicle for 6 weeks, I would have to call once a week just to hear it would be 3 more days with excuses. Had the audacity to lie on the receipt, inventing a story to blame others when they were the ones who forgot to plug a cable back in last time they had the vehicle. Asked for a quote on how much it would be to fix a coolant leak (that conveniently and supposedly got worse while in their possession), after not hearing from them for 3 days, I just went in and picked the car up.

I have been looking for a Velar for my wife for months, and saw one at Land Rover of Dublin, so I went over to take a look. The Velar had just arrived and had not even gone through the shop or been prepped for sale. I told Simon I would be back the next day around 10:30 to look at it and have them appraise a trade. In less than 30-minutes I was on the way to surprise my wife with her new ride. She loved it. We took it back so they could do a few minor paint touchups, and picked it up the next morning. One of the smoothest car purchases I have ever done, and it was because Simon and the team at Land Rover of Dublin seem to genuinely care about the customer experience. I will be back later this year for my new car!

GIOVANNI TOSTI-is the WORST representation of a high end dealership. Poor ethics and values. We have purchased three Rolls-Royces and five Range Rovers from MAG. For some reason now that Giovanni is involved he has ruined our buying experience and ALL service has gone down hill in a major way. Paid 10k for a deposit over a year ago and GIOVANNI LIED and said he called and emailed when our Autobiography came in after waiting over a year- which he never did- when we called and asked for an update the sales tech put GIOVANNI on the phone at which point he lied and said he emailed and called us and with no response from us, HE SOLD OUR AUTOBIOGRAPHY that we built. We have never been treated so poorly, disrespectfully and spoken to with such vulgar language. I have been extremely discriminated against and lied to. GIOVANNI has cost me financially over 80,000 over lies and deception that he has told. GIOVANNI will be the reason that MAG goes out of business from lack of customers that want to buy high end cars and from not having any employees that want to work for him. Cleveland and Easton is worth the drive to NEVER have to have an encounter with MAG or GIOVANNI. Run.

We were in the area from out of town and had a question about our service light being on. The service manager helped us right away, we were in and out within 5-10 minutes. Great customer service.

If I could give no star I would! Hello I would like to share my car buying story with you! Would like to speak to someone who can help figure out tricky dealership MAG USA in Columbus .I waited for a year for my car after giving them deposit of 10k and placing my order on June 29th 2022. Now they call me and said I have to place another order and wait till next year for 2024 model. And of course it is a price increase.

I took deliver of a 2023 Land Rover Defender 110 V8. It is an awesome vehicle. My experience was made significantly better because of Simon, my salesperson. He provided great communication through out the process and when the time to take delivery came, he did a great review of the vehicle. Overall, I would buy again from this team.

MAG Land Rover of Dublin makes the car buying/leasing experience truly enjoyable! Simon Cheung took care of every detail prior to my arrival to pick up my Defender --- he is so very efficient and customer service-oriented !! This is my 4th vehicle from MAG Land Rover and would not think of going anywhere else :)

Car has been in their shop for 7 days with no one working on it. Apparently they do not care that you have a life and that you are out of a vehicle. This place has been a nightmare to deal with and no one seems to care or offer any resolution. No call backs from Stewart, Lincoln or John in the Service Dept. No updates were given unless I called. I have to call everyday for them to tell me the "tech is out". Yet no other techs can work on my vehicle. I'd give ZERO stars if possible. So unprofessional for a luxury dealership and for a consumer paying thousands of dollars to have their vehicle repaired.***Update, I called Mr. Rich Allen and left a voicemail. I have never heard back from him in regards to my complaints. ...figures.
