Treated horribly by the heaveir set sales person. Truly exudes why most people hate car buying experiences. He handles himself like a jerk and talks over you the whole time. Went to another dealership and was treated well. It’s just the cuture here is that the customer is below them. Never again.

I had an excellent experience at Porsche Dublin buying my first Porsche last weekend ! My sales specialist was Kay Boakye . From the very beginning he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle . He worked hard to get me a great deal and the delivery process was seamless. Kay also spent a lot of time helping me get familiar with the vehicle and continues to be available for any other questions I have . If you are in the market for a new Porsche , ask for Kay !

Well I serviced my car there for 5 yrs. And though I never had a problem until last year. So, I promised them I would never return. I just had my car serviced at another Porsche dealership and I asked them when my internal filter for Air conditioner should be serviced. They replied every two years. Well the inside of my car received a lot of water onto my carpet from the filter. And the filter was green, black and moldy. We even bought the filter from the dealership that I had a falling out with, and we should’ve never did that because now we realize that nobody in those five years ever changed this filter even though they were supposed to and we paid for it. so we made a mistake buying even the filter from you guys. This is all a very true and authentic review. My gut feeling about what else didn’t they do came true.

Porsche Dublin was a great place to have my new to me Porsche Boxster serviced. Before I purchased a 2000 Porsche Boxster from a local Honda dealership, Porsche Dublin did a pre-purchase inspection on the car and did some necessary repairs. They were very thorough with the inspection and isolated the root cause of the issues related to a knock sensor. I was an out of state buyer and both the Service Manager Craig and Advisor Chase were great at communicating and updating me on the progress. The car stayed there for a week, so after I signed the papers for it at the other dealer I ended up picking the car up at Porsche Dublin. This was my first Porsche purchase and Craig made sure that the car was detailed and staged out front for me to make it a special experience. I don’t live anywhere close to Porsche Dublin but I highly recommend working with them for anything Porsche. Thanks again, I don’t think this will be my last Porsche! ?

Service is great. Sales are terrible.
Craig in service is excellent. I have had my car serviced here multiple times & he goes above & beyond to make my experience a good one.
However, Shawn the salesman is very rude. Called to inquire about trading in my Macan & possibly test driving a new vehicle. He talked over me the whole time & offered no interest in my business.
I’ll go elsewhere & bring my new vehicle back for Craig.

The sales person Austin is a racist. I was talking to him about 911 GTS and been ready to pay cash for it while application was in process he just text me that car is gone and sold. He is so unprofessional and Racist. Will report to the BBB as well on his actions. You can not work with two costumers at the same time. One needs to wait until another one will finish either way.

It’s important to state that we’ve been trying to purchase a Macan for 3 years. We were really close to purchasing a Macan from the other dealership in town. We put in for European delivery at the other location, but for whatever reason we were mislead for a full year, claiming that our drop had occurred and that we only needed to make reservations at the last minute. When it came time to receive the car and finalize the drop, they claimed European delivery couldn’t happen. In short, this other dealership lied about how the car had been registered. I actually had to call Porsche North America to find out that because the car had not been put in correctly it wasn’t available for European delivery. Meanwhile we were trying to plan the ultimate European vacation.After this terrible experience that ruined a family vacation to Switzerland and Germany, I contacted MAG. They let me know European delivery had not been paused, as was constantly told to us by the other dealership. They assured me that if I was willing they could make European delivery happen.Well guess what, we just paid for our car, have plane tickets in hand and will be traveling to Germany to pick up our car. I want to give a special shout out the K. He and the staff at MAG, are so professional and really made our dreams come true. Porsche North America got us a delivery date that will enable us to pickup at Leipzig and travel throughout Germany and the Netherlands for two and a half weeks.I can’t say enough about these folks and how they have helped me realize a perfect gift for my wife. Their customer service made dropping nearly 100k almost painless. Now as long as the car isn’t yellow when I arrive in Germany, I’ll now everything is excellent (it appears in the app just like we designed it) lol. Please MAG use me as a reference for future sales.
