The masseuse was clearly a nice person. However the time management isn't well organized.
Arriving at 5:40pm for a 6:00pm appointment should provide ample time to check in and be shown to the room. Sadly, I wasn't shown to the room until 6:10 and the massage started around 6:13pm. Schedules run over, I understand this and it isn't a huge deal.
However ending an hour session at 6:57 is totally unacceptable for these prices.
Especially after sitting through 45 minutes of the masseuse talking nonstop. This wasn't relaxing at all and to top it off, I feel cheated.
The girl at the front desk didn't even offer an explanation or remedy when I mentioned what happened with the timing. I will steer clear of this place.

Requested a deep massage when I booked and the person who performed the massage waited until I was undressed and on the table to say she couldn't do a deep massage. As usual, they say "tell me if you need more or less pressure" so when I flipped over I asked for more pressure, and she said she couldn't do more. Waste of time and money. Super disappointed and will not be returning. Stella C I hope you are more honest when people try to book with you.

Worst management phone call I have ever received. Claiming I called Ohio instead of California and wanting to charge my account. Do not go here, very rude staff and it's supposed to be a place to rejuvenate not cause stress.

I was having such a bad day before my appointment, my son turned my car lights on and it died-had to jump start it, my number was wrong in the system so I didn't get the confirmation and my calendar had the time for the appointment wrong. It was such a bad day and I was so upset because I have TOS and need the relief. I talked to Jamie and she was so considerate, calm and polite!! She got my number placed in the system correctly and was able to reschedule me the very next day! I would also highly suggest their massage therapists as many of them are veterans in the industry that really know what they're doing and how to help you!

The worst massage I have ever had. The staff is rude. To the point that I almost walked out before the massage. I had a gift card from my birthday and stayed. They not only took the gift card that covered the service I had, but they charged my credit card that they said had to be on file in order to get service (despite having a gift card) after I left and added services that I didn't get. When I contacted them about it, they were nasty and said that I didn't have a gift card. Except, I kept it and proved to my bank that my services were paid by the gift car, so my bank refunded my money. If you value your identity and credit security, steer clear of this company.

Staff was nice but the massages were disappointing. Went for a couples massage for Valentine's Day and we were both super disappointed at the service. We both were not relaxed and there was no pressure done in the massage at all

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I went 2x, and scheduling was not only a nightmare, but the front office clerk was very rude and did not give enough information to make choices on membership costs. Later, I foze our accounts/memberships because we could never get in for massages on the 2 days we have open to go. I then chose to cancel entirely and they charged me for the next month's membership fees for my husbandand I, an entire month early. Yes, I canceled with a whole month's notice so this would not happen. It has now been 1.5 month's, I have still not gotten my money back from their mistake, and the manager is "never in the building, I'll leave a message." But I have yet to have an manager call me back. This is the worst place to go for multiple reasons. I suggest you go somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever. IRegret keeping my membership for more than 12 years. I decided to even keep it through COVID to support their business. A couple of months ago, after a massage session, I ended in ER because an injury caused to my neck. My physician gave me a letter that I passed to them stating that I am not allowed to do massages anymore. When I told them that I had eighth massages left to be used and they refused to reimburse the money for the sessions I couldn't use!!!. The “manager” said her supervisor would contact me, which never happened. Be aware everyone, worst customer service ever, and you could result dangerously injured if you get a massus that doesn't know how to do their job!

I called on a Wednesday evening and no one answered-based on the reviews, I figured they were busy. The manager called me the next morning and told me they had openings. I was in back pain, and she made sure I was comfortable while I was filling out the brief paperwork. We chatted-she’s very personable, and she really cares about the clients and the staff. Fred was my massage therapist-also very personable and professional, always making sure the pressure was okay and offered an add-on to further improve my experience. It really helped! I ended up joining.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I was so excited that I could get in on the same day for a microderm infusion plus anti aging eye, plus neck and décolleté. Samantha had me lay on the bed fully clothed (shoes on), and the service was complete in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. She forgot to do my neck and décolleté. I called and the girl I spoke to explained that this is not a 60 minute service and does not include the hand massage and warm towels. The website says this is a 60 minute service. She offered to include the neck and décolleté in my next service but can only honor that at the Dublin location. This facial is priced at $200! Sorry, I will never visit this location again.
