I explained the issues I have, explained my desperation and importance of the sample, but I had planned on going to the hospital if they couldn't. I figured the chances of that were high. she was the absolute sweetest. She got me on the first try, and was compassionate and patient. Definitely the best blood draw experience I've ever had”
